    I’ve been using this Optimum Nutrition micronised creatine regularly as part of my training routine, and it does exactly what you want from a creatine supplement, simple, effective, and reliable. The powder mixes easily in water without much effort, especially thanks to the micronised texture. There’s minimal residue at the bottom when shaken properly. The blue raspberry flavour is actually quite pleasant compared to unflavoured creatine, slightly sweet and makes it easier to drink consistently, which helps with daily use.In terms of performance, I noticed the typical benefits of consistent creatine use: better workout endurance, improved strength output over time, and faster recovery between sets. Nothing “instant,” but steady and noticeable with regular training. The 55 servings per container make it convenient and long-lasting too!

    I have been a loyal ON creatine user for years and I always went for unflavored one. But it got a bit boring and decided to sweeten it up a bit and this one is just perfect. I love the blue raspberry taste but it's not too sweet and it dissolves in water even easier than the regular. I will buy again.

    Great powder helps a lot with my workout. Great flavour.I mix it with 500ml of water and have more water separate as it does dehydrate you.Took me a week to get used to it before I saw and felt the results
