    Die Tabletten sind sehr groß und schwer zu schlucken, aber mein Mann meint es hilft. Also wenn jemand Probleme mit großen Tabletten hat zum Schlucken, dann eher nicht. Er bricht sie in der Mitte.

    Ich nutze das Kreatin-Monohydrat nun seit einigen Wochen und die Ergebnisse sind deutlich spürbar.​Preis-Leistung: Die Packungsgröße ist super ergiebig. Da man pro Tag nur ca. 3–5g benötigt, hält eine Dose gefühlt eine Ewigkeit.

    Habe Longcovid und etwas gesucht , was mich leistungsfähiger macht….es lässt sich gut schlucken , schmeckt neutral und was soll ich sagen , ich weiß mich gar nicht mehr zu bremsen , bin total begeistert , mir ist ein Stück meines alten Lebens wiedergegeben worden , dafür danke ich recht herzlich den Herstellern , endlich sehe ich wieder Licht am Horizont , danke 🙏

    Sehr gute Wahl wenn man kein Kreatin in Pulverform nehmen möchte. Die Tabletten sind zwar etwas groß aber dafür auch hoch dosiert. Macht was es soll.

    Um mein Training besser zu unterstützen, habe ich mir diese Dose mit 300 Kreatin-Tabletten zugelegt. Da ich bisher keine Erfahrungen mit Kreatinprodukten habe, kann ich keinen direkten Vergleich ziehen. Die Lieferung erfolgte gut verpackt und ohne Probleme.Einnahme und HandhabungDie Tabletten sind allerdings sehr groß. Obwohl ich regelmäßig andere Supplements wie Omega-3 und Magnesium in Kapselform nehme, die ebenfalls nicht klein sind, habe ich hier echte Schwierigkeiten. Die Tabletten scheinen sich regelrecht im Hals querzustellen. Ich muss viel trinken und auch danach noch nachspülen, bis sie endlich im Magen landen. Das empfinde ich als ziemlich unangenehm und würde in Zukunft vermutlich eher zu Kapseln greifen.Einnahmeempfehlung und HintergrundKreatin sollte idealerweise täglich eingenommen werden, unabhängig davon, ob man an diesem Tag trainiert. Der Grund: Kreatin wird im Muskel gespeichert und entfaltet seine Wirkung erst, wenn die Speicher über mehrere Tage kontinuierlicher Einnahme gefüllt sind. Eine regelmäßige Einnahme ist daher entscheidend, um von den leistungssteigernden Effekten zu profitieren.Wirkung und VerträglichkeitBisher kann ich noch nicht sagen, ob sich bereits eine spürbare Wirkung zeigt. Mein Training variiert ohnehin stark von Tag zu Tag, was die Einschätzung erschwert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Tabletten keinen Nachgeschmack hinterlassen und bislang gut verträglich sind.
