    Das Set bietet viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten für Hand-, Finger- und Unterarmtraining. Die Geräte wirken stabil und lassen sich einfach benutzen. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass man sie fast überall nutzen kann , zuhause oder unterwegs. Nur die größeren Handtrainer machen beim Drücken etwas Geräusche, ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden

    Its a good quality product. Easy to set, easy to use. I started to use it and I am able to use it almost everywhere :). Excetp the clicking noise from those big ones :).

    An sich super Dinger, die Zähler taugen nichts, springen plötzlich mehrere Zahlen auf einmal weiter. Kam schon mit „30“ an, Packung dennoch verschlossen.Das Gummi Band für das spreizten der Finger ist auch so naja, der kleine Finger hat kaum Spannung.Den Sinn vom Finger Trainer hab ich nicht ganz verstanden, macht beinahe das gleiche wie die beiden Hand Trainer.Das runde Gummi hab ich meiner Freundin gegeben, ist super für sie.

    Alle Teile zu klein, teilweise nur für Kinderhände geeignet. Am besten sind noch die Handgriffe mit der verstellbaren Federkraft, aber auch hier: Nicht für große Hände und bei 60kg ist schon Schluß
