Das Gerät ist in Leichtbauweise - bietet kaum Widerstand und ist selbst für Untrainierte nicht zu gebrauchen. Vielleicht für ganz Kranke und Schwache in der Reha-Phase, ansonsten leider sinnlos.

Erfüllt seinen Zweck
Das Teil für rund 11 EUR ist genau das, das meine Frau wegen Bruch des alten ersetzen musste - nach 2 Jahren häufigem Gebrauch. Für also 5,50 EUR im Jahr kann man nicht meckern. Solange die Dinger durch gute Polsterung beim Bruch keine Verletzung verursachen ist das absolut ok. Vor allem sagt sie, die Druckkraft sein bei dem neuen schin etwas stärker, also scheinen die Teile mit längerer Benutzung auch etwas nachzulassen. Also ein 2-Jahres Wegwerfartikel mit Ansage. Bei Handys nach max 3-4 Jahren bei horrenden Preisen finden viele das normal ;-I
Great keep fit product to use every day and to travel with
This is a great lightweight but effective quick work out. I am a senior customer, but an active one, who travels regularly for business. I can pop this in my suitcase and pack around it. I usually use it for thighs when watching TV, same or arms and biceps just sitting up and watching TV as well. My biceps look like those of someone more than half my age!!. Great little product.
Squeeze
Basic adductor exerciser. Easy to use. Spring tension not too difficult to overcome. Needs high repetition of squeezes to compensate for ease of use. Wouldn't personally use it for any other exercises exept adductor. Handy addition to home kit.
Brilliant value for money
Product was a bit smaller than i expected but after using it the leg/arm shaper it was perfect. Nice and cushioned so didn't rub or dig in anywhere and easier to store great product and fab value for money.
It broke
I liked this when I first got it although it did sometimes slip out of position. I really felt like it was working the muscles and used it regularly but unfortunately after a while I noticed a large crack in the plastic and so is not really effective anymore, it was by then too late to send back for a refund.
Good exerciser
This is great to work the arms and thighs. really sturdy. A good little workout.
