    The Real Relax massage chair is great especially after a long day and reasonablypriced. ZERO-G is my favorite future so far with relax mode. I scanned the QR code and customer service through WhatsApp is great fast replies!

    Awesome! I love this chair. I have 2 now from this company. Their customer service is really excellent, that’s why when I wanted to buy another I bought from them again. I chose the fully assembled this time because I despise assembly. It was great! Came assembled and I was shocked as to how well packaged it was. Genius really. I have them in my vacation rentals and guest love them as an amenity.

    I was quite surprised to find out how small this chair is compared to my old one from the same manufacturer. The old one died after many years of good service. This one, however, is low to the floor.When I put it into the zero gravity mode there was ZERO support for my head. My head literally hung off the back of the chair. I'm about average height for a guy, 5" 11". This would be comfortable for a short person, but not for me. I appreciate Amazon's return policy, as they made it easy for me to return it.
