Perfekt für Gewichtsverlust und Durchblutung!
Nach einem ganzen Tag am Schreibtisch war dieses Gerät unglaublich hilfreich, um meine Durchblutung zu verbessern. Innerhalb von zwei Wochen bemerkte ich weniger geschwollene Beine und mehr Energie insgesamt. Es hilft mir auch bei meinen Rückenschmerzen. Die Widerstandsbänder sorgen zusätzlich für ein gutes Oberkörpertraining. Ich habe bereits 2,5 kg abgenommen – einfach indem ich es 15–20 Minuten am Tag beim Fernsehen benutzt habe. Sehr stabil und einfach zu bedienen. Jeden Cent wert!
Einfach und effizient
Sehr gut verpackt – das ist für mich schon ein Pluspunkt. Habe das Gerät für meine Schwiegermutter gekauft und war besorgt, dass es zu kompliziert für sie sein könnte. Aber es war super einfach. Es forderte sie gerade genug, um ein gutes Training zu haben, aber nicht so sehr, dass sie quer durch den Raum geschleudert würde. Mir gefällt, dass es aus sehr hochwertigem Material gefertigt zu sein scheint. Außerdem war es überraschend leise für eine Vibrationsplatte. Sie liebt es, und es hilft ihr sehr bei ihren Beinschmerzen.
