Ich wollte eigentlich nur ein Sternchen vergeben .Habe Tisch und 8 Klappstühle bestellt.Alle Pakete waren offensichtlich schon einmal geöffnet worden.Bei den ersten beiden Stühlen waren schon Lackkratzer zu sehen. Habe den Rest deshalb garnicht erst ausgepackt.Ansonsten handelte es sich um eine sehr gute und sehr stabile Qualität!Habe wohl nur Pech gehabt.Amazon bot Rücksende-Labels an, die man aber selbst frankieren hätte müssen [weil Bestellung über MarketPlace].Genauer nachgelesen: Kontaktaufnahme mit dem "Versender", dann bekommt man kostenlose "RücksendeLabels"!Das hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Frau bei der Hotline war wirklich nett, hat sich mehrmals entschuldigt und alles in die Wege geleitet.Erstattung des Kaufpreises ohne Probleme!
