    I bought this mainly for weight gain, but the experience was not good at all. The powder is extremely thick even with extra water or milk, and the strawberry flavor tastes very artificial and overly sweet. It also caused stomach discomfort and bloating after a few uses. For such a big and expensive tub, the quality and taste honestly didn’t meet expectations.

    El producto funciona de maravilla. Es para delgados que quieren subir de peso. Un buen entreno extenuante de fuerza hasta el fallo e inmediatamente después te metes esta barbaridad de 1200kcal y el musculo reacciona y crece.Cuesta de disolver. Yo lo mezclo, lo dejo reposar 10 - 15 min y vuelvo a batir y me quedan pocos grumos que masticar. El sabor es bueno.
