    Bestes Proteinpulver ever!

    Dieses Proteinpulver ist das beste Proteinpulver, das ich jemals hatte! Ich lebe überwiegend vegan und habe verschiedene Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten, d.h. Ernährung ist für mich ein empfindliches Thema. Ich habe verschiedene Proteinpulver wie Reis-, Erbsen-, Lupinen- und Kürbiskernproteinpulver ausprobiert, aber keines hat mich bisher so überzeugt wie dieses hydrolisierte Proteinpulver. Ich vertrage Sojaprodukte normalerweise nicht so gut. Mit diesem Produkt habe ich jedoch keine Verdauungsbeschwerden und vertrage es überraschenderweise mega gut, was vermutlich an dem Hydrolisieren liegt. Auch geschmacklich überzeugt es mich. Der Geschmack ist relativ neutral und lässt sich super mit Nussmußen kombinieren. Ich verwende es am liebsten mit Reismilch (300ml Reismilch und 30g Proteinpulver), weil es dadurch eine angenehme Süße bekommt. Aber auch pur nur mit Wasser gemixt schmeckt es mir, was mir noch bei keinem anderen Proteinpulver passiert ist. Zusätzlich zur Reismilch füge ich auch gerne noch eine kleine Banane hinzu und etwas Haselnussmuß. Der Shake schmeckt mir so gut, dass ich danach am liebsten direkt noch einen zweiten trinken möchte. Auch Kakaopulver passt super dazu. Ich war tatsächlich noch nie so begeistert von einem Proteinpulver. Es löst sich super ohne Klümpchen auf, schmeckt lecker und ist (zumindest in meinem Fall) super verträglich! Ich hoffe, es bleibt noch lange im Produktsortiment von Erdschwalbe enthalten!

    Nachteile können ausgeglichen werden!

    Ich habe mir hier die Bewertungen durchgelesen und fasse es nicht...Ja, das Pulver ist extrem "klumpend" und schmeckt eklig (wie flüssiges Soja-Schnitzel), aber das ist NORMAL bei Sojaprotein-Pulver!Kombiniert es mit Reis und es ist ABSOLUT erträglich im Geschmack und ihr gleicht die Aminosäuren aus!Die Preis-Leistung ist aktuell die BESTE, also heult nicht rum!Es funktioniert top!

    man muss aufpassen, dass man nicht zuviel von dem Pulver nimmt. Den puren Genuss empfehle ich nicht, man sollte es schon irgendwo hineinmischen (in Shakes oder so). Vertragen habe ich es ganz gut, mein Ding ist es aber nicht.

    Kenne kein anderes hydrolisiertes(!) Sojaproteinisolat. Preis ist mit 19,99 pro Kilo absolut vertretbar für 92,5% Protein und weniger als 400 Kalorien. Ich empfinde das Protein aufgrund der Hydrolosierung als besser verträglich, verglichen mit dem veganen Protein aus den zwei großen Drogerien. Habe auch schon damit gebacken, da kein Süßstoff. Löst sich in Wasser gut. Hoffe mal es bleibt im Sortiment.

    Lässt sich gut mit veganen Milchalternativen vermischen und schmeckt auch gut. Preis-Leistung ist ebenfalls super, klare Kaufempfehlung:)

    Achtung Birkenpollenallergiker- kann Kreuzallergie auslösen.

    Ich hatte mich sehr gefreut, ein veganes und glutenfreies Proteinpulver zu finden. Geschmacklich schmeckt es sämig und etwas nussig. Das wäre ok gewesen. Aber Achtung Birkenallergiker: es hat bei mir zu einer sehr starken allergischen Reaktion geführt mit Anschwellen der Schleimhaut im Hals und Engegefühl im Hals/Problemen beim Atmen.Eine Kontaktaufnahme zu der Firma mit der Bitte, dies mit in die Informationen aufzunehmen, wurde leider nicht beantwortet, weswegen ich es jetzt hier hinschreiben möchte.Die Bewertung gilt also nicht dem Produkt selbst, Lieferung war schnell und unkompliziert, sondern viel mehr der Warnung vor der möglichen Kreuzallergie.
