    Schmeckt gut!

    Nachtrag:Nachdem ich ca. 1 Monat lang relativ viel Reisprotein zu mir genommen habe, habe ich festgestellt, dass ich Blähungen und einmal sogar Durchfall bekommen habe. Da ich im Ausschlussverfahren alles andere weggelassen habe und ich das vegane Protein von Alpha Foods 8 Monate lang in der Menge genommen habe, kann es nur noch daran liegen, dass dieses und auch alle anderen Reisproteine die ich bisher getestet habe nicht aus gesprosstem Reis besteht, wodurch schädliche Stoffe in der Pflanze selbst vermindert werden. Für mich ist es deswegen leider keine Option mehr. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich extrem sensibel bin, was die Verträglichkeit angeht. Ich lasse es trotzdem bei 5 Sternen, weil von allen Reisproteinen die ich getestet habe, war es das zweitbeste.Ich habe bisher 4 Reisproteine probiert und 2 davon haben wirklich schrecklich geschmeckt und 2 ganz ok. Das hier war das für mich persönlich zweitbeste. Es ist mild und schmeckt eher neutral.Nur eins war noch ein kleines bisschen milder und neutraler. Das ist das wo auch Extra Mild auf der Packung steht.Das Problem bei Reisprotein ist generell, wenn man es in größeren Mengen konsumiert, dass es einen leicht scharfen Nachgeschmack hat. Andere Proteine sind für mich aber in neutral überhaupt nicht erträglich. Also Sojaprotein in reiner Form geht gar nicht für mich,Erbsenprotein schmeckt mir persönlich nicht und ich glaube ich vertrage es auch nicht so gut.Wer hier vom Geschmack her eine Chemiebombe wie ein Shake von McDonalds erwartet, wird natürlich enttäuscht. Für ein Naturprodukt ohne zusätze schmeckt es aber gut. Leicht süsslich und überhaupt nicht nach Reis, eher so ganz leicht wie Mehl.Die Konsistenz des Pulvers ist ganz fein und leicht und es löst sich mMn gut bis sehr gut auf. Ich benutze aber einen kleinen Tischmixer (WMF Kult X) habe es aber auch nur mit umrühren mit Löffel getestet.Interessieren würde mich noch die Angabe der Aminosäuren. Liebe Achterhofer, bitte das nochmal nachreichen und auch eine Schadstoffanalyse. Proteingehalt ist mMn ok, wobei ich glaube das das Messtoleranzen sind, ob das83%, 85% oder 89% sind wenn man die verschiedenen vergleicht. Die Packung lässt nicht wieder verschliessen, ist aber für mich kein Problem, ich habe einen Tiefkühlbeutel mit Zip verschluss drum gemacht oder man füllt es um in zB ein Schraubglas.Keines der reisproteine die ich bisher gefunden habe kommt aus Deutschland, also der Reis, ich glaube das gibt es gar nicht, es steht aber auch irgendwo in der Beschreibung oder auf der Achterhof website.

    Sehr fein gemahlen, Geschmack sehr dezent und angenehm, Geruch sehr gut, kein sandiges Gefühl im Mund. Verpackung okay, da ich in Dosen umfülle ist mir das Papier lieber als Alutüten.Ich mische mit dem Erbsenprotein vom Achterhof, dazu Hanfprotein von Azafran. Kombiniert mit Magerquark und Obst des Tages ist ein gesunder eiweißreicher Proteinshake fertig, den ich als Vegetarierin ohne Fisch und mit Soja-Allergie täglich brauche um auf meine Eiweißmenge zu kommen.

    Ein Stern Abzug für den Preis, ansonsten das beste vegane "neutrale" Protein, was ich je probiert hab, es hat keinen erdigen Nachgeschmack und lässt sich im Mixer auch gut mit pflanzlicher Milch mischen.

    Da die Wirkung nur schlecht messbar ist, kann ich nicht viel dazu sagen. Ich verlasse mich darauf, dass die Nährwertangaben auf der Verpackung stimmen.Vor dem Geschmack von Reisproteinpulver haben mich viele gewarnt, doch ich bin zufrieden. Der Geschmack erinnert an den Geruch von frisch ausgewaschenem Reis. Dieser schmeckt nicht besonders gut, aber auch nicht schlecht. Ich vermische das Reisproteinpulver immer mit Wasser und gebe einen Teelöffel Kakaopulver hinzu. Damit schmeckt der Shake dezent nach Kakao und gefällt mir besser, als 95% der Alternativen auf dem Markt (die mir im Geschmack meist zu penetrant nach Schokolade, Vanille usw. schmecken). Bei der Zubereitung im Shaker, findet auch keinerlei Klumpenbildung statt.Würde das Produkt nochmal kaufen.

    Ich habe wirklich viele Pflanzenproteine getestet. Auch Reisproteine von verschiedenen Herstellern. Dieses Produkt ist tatsächlich neutral in seinem Geschmack, so neutral wie ein Pflanzenprotein nun sein kann. Ich mische es mir zum Frühstücksbrei zu, ich füge es meiner Brotmischung hinzu, es schmeckt gut. Empfehlenswert)

    Das Pulver ist ein meinen Augen ungenießbar. Der Geschmack und die Konsistenz sind grenzwertig. Den Geschmack kann man mit diversen anderen Mittelchen aufpeppen. Die Konsistenz ist als würde man Scheuermilch trinken. Ich habe das Zeug weggeworfen.

    Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht. Kannte bisher nur diese übertrieben süßen Proteinpulver - konnte keins davon je trinken. Dieses hier ist relativ geschmacksneutral - ich trinke es am liebsten in warmen Wasser aufgelöst mit etwas Salz. Sehr angenehm milder Geschmack und das Mundgefühl ist auch gut. Werde ich wieder kaufen.Danke für dieses Produkt 🤗
