    Ich habe mehrere Messer von der Fa. Zwilling und benötige ein kleines Messer zum Schälen von Gemüse. Das Messer hat für mich die richtige Größe ist scharf und hält die Schärfe auch lange. Immer wieder gerne.

    Les dimensions correspondent tout à fait à la description. C'est ce que je recherchais. Bien pointu, courbure bec d'oiseau adaptée, couteau de bonne prise en main. Personnellement je ne le laverai pas au lave-vaisselle, c'est un couteau de travail: vite lavé, vite rangé dans son tiroir avec sa petite housse protectrice de lame, en carton ... mais solide, ça devrait tenir plus longtemps que celle en plastique que j'avais pour le précédant couteau bec d'oiseau d'une autre marque où les soudures latérales du plastique ont craqué.
