Hätte ich es mir doch schon eher gekauft!
Ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen, dass es ein Messer gibt, dass so leicht die Haut abtrennt und das Fischfleisch schneidet. Was hab ich mir einen abgeschnitzelt, um die Haut vom Fisch zu lösen. Und ich habe gewaltig scharfe Messer die allein durch Auflegen auf eine Tomate diese zerschneiden. Doch wie dieses Victorinox Fischmesser geschliffen ist, passt perfekt zum Fisch.Und wenn ich das Messer nur 1 mal im Jahr benötigen würde, würde ich es wieder kaufen. Es ist eine einzige Freude, damit zu hantieren und easy zu reinigen.
Super Produkt
Super Produkt zum anständigen Preis. Superscharf und flexibel. Bitte vernünftig pflegen sonst habt nicht lange etwas davon. Messer gehören nicht in die Spülmaschine und sollte vor Stürzen geschützt werden. Wenn ihr das einhaltet und das Messer korrekt schärft habt ihr lange etwas von diesem Produkt.
Super Messer, Top Qualität
Hallo, zu diesen Messer gibt es nichts schlechtes zu sagen.Verpackung ist super und mich Durchstechschutz versehen.Es kommt extrem scharf an (Metzgerqualität).Geschnitten hab ich bis jetzt damit Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse und ja sogar Durch Krustenbrot geht es wie Butter.Zu guter Letzt ist es sehr gut sauber zu halten. Das liegt daran das der Griff keine Ritzen zur Schneide hat.
Messer
Das Messer ist sehr schön und handlich, die Qualität überzeugt mich immer wieder weitere Messer dazu zu kaufen bis ich alle habe.
Falsches Bild im Angebot
Ich habe das Messer für einen Freund gekauft. Er ist angler, daher wollte ich die 20cm-Version mit dem Riffel (zum Schuppen entfernen) an der Klingenoberseite. Leider wird bei Amazon nicht angezeigt, dass die 20cm-Version keine Riffel hat und es kam eins in 20cm ohne Riffel an...Wirklich ärgerlich und schade. Messer ist bereits in Benutzung und konnte daher nicht zurückgeschickt werden.
Filetmesser für kleine Fische
Wer kleine Fische auch filetiert wie z.B.Barsche ,Rotaugen , der braucht auch kleine zarte Filetiermesser und dieses funktioniert einwandfrei .Geiles Teil .
Grate knife
Got this for my 87 year old dad. He needed a new knife as he had warn out his others. He really likes the flexibility of the blade he has used it for filleting fish. He recons its one of the best knives he has had (he has been doing this since he was 10) we just need to catch more fish to see how long the knife keeps it edge.. that will be the real test.
