カボチャは苦手
品物を手にしたときは、こんなペラペラ刃で大丈夫か？と思ったが使い慣れるに従って、なかなかいいなと思い出したあじ、サバ、たら、最後などの鱗の柔らかい魚は、頭を落とさず三枚におろせる魚の皮を引くことや、刺身包丁の代わりもできるイノシシ肉の、すじとりにもつかえますもう少し安かったらもっといいんだけどそれと、この刃、どうやって研ぐんだ？まあ、色々やってみるか

結構しなるし、使いやすいのですが、もう少し短い方が扱いやすいと思います。切れ味も上々でした。
