    langlebig und scharf!

    Das Messer ist wie von Victorinox gewohnt sehr schön scharf. Der Griff ist aus schwarzem Plastik und damit natürlich nicht mit einem Edelholzgriff in der Optik vergleichbar, aber er erfüllt seinen Zweck, ist leicht angerauht und somit rutschfest!Wir waschen das Messer mit der Hand ab und somit kann ich nichts über seine Eigenschaften nach Spülmaschinenwaschgängen sagen. Die Klinge ist glatt, so dass man sie bei Bedarf bestimmt leicht nachschärfen könnte. Das habe ich noch nicht machen müssen. Ich bin für den Preis rundum zufrieden.
