Blades too thin for rugged use.
In my opinion this blade is a little too thin to hold an edge. In Canada, we had a fish cleaning assembly liner. I was removing the skin. Had to touch up the edge on a new knife. Also, doesn't come with a sheath.
Lama di qualità
La qualità delle lame Victorinox non la scopro io, e non la scopro oggi, in quanto non è il primo acquisto della famosa marca di acciai e lame Svizzera. Anche se sul mercato si trovano altri articoli simili a prezzi minori, non ho esitato a scegliere questo, che per me è garanzia di qualità. E in effetti le aspettative sono state ampiamente ripagate. Un buon coltello, oltre a facilitare il compito, riduce sensibilmente gli sprechi. La lama flessibile sembra muoversi da sola tra pelle e filetto. Il manico poi lo trovo ottimo, sia nei materiali che nell’impugnatura. Insomma, ampiamente soddisfatto dell’acquisto, che consiglio se amate sfilettare il pesce autonomamente.Se in un modo o nell’altro ti ho dato degli utili elementi per migliorare la tua esperienza di acquisto, ti chiedo di indicarlo con un click qui sotto. Manico ridicolo
È un coltello per sfilettare di ottima fattura; la lama è affilatissima e molto flessibile, peccato che il manico sia fatto di una plastica improponibile !!!

Di recente ho aggiunto un coltello Victorinox per sfilettare il pesce con lama flessibile, alla mia collezione di coltelli da cucina, tra i tantissimi modelli in circolazione, ho scelto il Victorinox pesce V-5.38 13.18 per la qualità del suo filo lama, che taglia senza ulteriore forza.Consigliato a chi vuole un prodotto qualità/prezzo eccellenti.Prezzo al 28 Aprile 2017 €27,95
