Not amazing ergonomic but great knofe
Looks good, cuts great but the shape of the knife is just not amazing and it takes some time to get used to it.
Küchenmesser Zwilling
Hohe Qualität, habe auch nichts anderes von der Marke Zwilling erwartet. Hatte viele Jahre das gleiche Messer, leider vor kurzem die Spitze bei unsachgemässer Anwendung von mir abgebrochen, darum diese Neubestellung.

Un piccolo bisturi
Spelucchino di ottima fattura, sopratutto per la qualità dell’acciaio. Con una passata di acciaino si riesce ad ottenere un filo molto affilato. Il coltello se ben affilato sembra veramente un bisturi. Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto è la dimensione del manico più simile a un comune coltello che a uno spelucchino. Per il resto sicuramente un ottimo acquisto ( ho altri coltelli di marche note come Sanelli e Victorinox sicuramente di ottima qualità ma questo è superiore come affilatura)

Il coltello perfetto
Questo coltello é il migliore che abbia mai provato. Tagliente, maneggevole, leggero. Personalmente mi trovo talmente bene che lo uso tutti i giorni e per tagliare qualsiasi alimento; se per caso é in lavastoviglie e ne uso un altro immancabilmente non mi trovo bene. É perfetto anche per affettare sottile e consente di essere rapidi. Consiglio solo di fare attenzione a non tagliarsi perché é molto affilato!
