    Das Messer liegt wirklich sehr gut in der Hand. Und im Gegensatz zu manch anderem (teuren) Marktbelgeiter ist es nicht irgendeine stumpfe Klinge aus Pingpong, sondern schneidet wirklich präzise und gut. Volle Punktzahl dafür.Vorsichtshalber spülen wir es immer von Hand, zur Spülmaschinentauglichkeit kann ich also nichts sagen.Ein tolles, hochwertiges Messer. Allerdings aber zugegeben: Für den alltäglichen Gebrauch nutzen wir inzischen diese schweizer Messer, die auch problemlos in die Spülmaschine passen... ;-)

    Messer ist super. Schneidet sehr gut und liegt gut in der Hand. Ein Punkt Abzug für diese doch sehr spitze Spitze. Würde beim nächsten Einkauf mehr auf etwas weniger gefährliches achten. Habe immer Angst,dass es mir mal ausversehen aus der Hand rutscht und in meinen Katzen stecken bleibt. 😦

    Wie alle Messer aus der Five Star Serie bin ich auch von diesem begeistert! Sie liegen absolut super in der Hand. Und sind sehr scharf. Das erste hatte ich über eine Rabattaktion erhalten leider gab es solch eine Aktion nie wieder (zumindest nicht mir Five Star Messern) und musste das Messer daher viel teurer kaufen. Der Preis ist der einzige Haken an der Sache. Aber die Qulität hat eben ihren Preis.

    Wer das kauft, weiß vermutlich warum - es liegt sehr gut in der Hand, hat eine gute Schnitthaltigkeit und ist durch seine Größe sehr handlich.Es ist zwar nicht gerade billig, aber sein Geld wert - denn solche Messer kauft man nicht alle 3 Jahre - von denen hat man lange was.

    Die Messer der Zwilling Fivestar Serie sind seit Jahren bei uns im Einsatz. Sie schneiden immer noch so gut, wie am ersten Tag. Dieses Messer eignet sich optimal zum schneiden von kleinen Sachen. Kann den Kauf definitiv empfehlen.

    Für viele Messer sind meine Hände zu klein.Diese ist super handlich und man kann damit so wie alles schneiden.Ich habe das komplette Set und benutze zu 90% dieses Messer.

    Three years ago, I persuaded my partner to buy me some Henckels knives for Christmas. I had researched the subject beforehand and decided that Henckels was the brand that I wished to use. In three years of use, I have not been disappointed.Each knife is a joy to use and has a good weight and balance in my hand. The manufacturer recommends the knives are hand washed, so I have never chanced putting them into the dishwasher. Whilst I am no fan of hand-washing, the knives are easy to clean and, if it ensures they stay looking as good as the day they were first unwrapped, it is no hardship.The knives stay sharp for an incredibly long time and I have probably only sharpened them a couple of times in the three years I have been using them. In fact, my partner commented only last week how sharp they were - and he does not give praise to any kitchen item easily.I have previously bought what I thought were good quality knife sets, but I have always been disappointed with them after a fairly short time. I am still incredibly happy with my Henckels knives three years on.This knife, together with the Chefs knife, is probably the most used knife that I own and a good starting point for building up a set of quality knives.
