Messer wenn Life kommen sind immer besonders scharf muss man auch diesmal sagen. Also ein super schönes Messer.
Spitzenqualität
Das Messer schneidet sehr gut und ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Kein Vergleich zu den billigen Teilen die es sonst noch gibt!
Scharfes für Gemüse und Co.
Das Gemüsemesser kommt in einer Klarsicht(geschenk)verpackung an.Das Messer der Vier Sterne Serie ist hervorragend verarbeitet. Die Gewichtsverteilung ist sehr gut. Die Schärfe ab Werk ist rasiermesserartig.Griff und Klinge kann man als "aus einem Guss" bezeichnen. Keine Spalten, keine unsauberen Übergänge zwischen Metall und Kunststoff. Der schwarze Kunststoff ist glatt und ohne Macken. Die Grifflänge ist auch für große Hände passend, eignet sich aber auch für Kinderhände (ab 10 Jahre). Bedingt durch Griff- und Klingenform kann hier der Umgang mit scharfen Kochmessern natürlich unter Aufsicht "handgerecht" und sicher erlernt werden.Der Stahl Friodur weist eine hohe Härte bei sehr guter Elastizität auf. Dies bedeutet, dass die Klinge sehr flexibel ist und trotzdem aufgrund der Härte die Schärfe lange hält. Gehen Sie aber davon aus, die Messer öfter nachschärfen zu müssen.Das Schärfen ist für viele eine Wissenschaft für sich. Hier reicht es vom Wetzstahl über Ölstein bis hin zur Maschine. Ich habe mich vor vielen Jahren für den Graef Messerschärfer CC 120 entschieden und erhalte hier schnell die gewohnte rasiermesserartige Schärfe bei den Kochmessern. Die Anschaffung lohnt aber nur bei einer großen Anzahl Messer.Der Stahl ist zwar rostfrei und spülmaschinenfest. Die Messer sollten aber, wie alle hochwertigen scharfen Messer, handgespült werden.Nach 25 Jahren (Vier Sterne Kochmesser) habe ich keine Materialfehler festgestelltEtwas ärgerlich finde ich die neuen" Artikelnummern von Zwilling. Früher gab die 3-stellige Zahl am Ende der Artikelnummer ungefähr die Klingenlänge an. Mein 25 Jahre altes 31070-060 hatte demnach eine Klingenlänge von ca. 60mm (gemessen 65mm). Nun sagt diese Zahl (hier 31070-091) nichts mehr und man muss die Zoll-Angabe auf der Klinge beachten, hier gleich 3" (drei Zoll), gemessen 75mm. Die Angabe bei Amazon von 2 3/4 Zoll ist falsch. Laut dem Zwilling-Katalog soll die Klingenlänge 80mm sein.Fazit:++ sehr gut verarbeitet++ rasiermesserscharf++ harter, elastischer Stahl++ sehr gute Schnitthaltigkeit++ vielseitig anzuwenden- Klinge ist kürzer als erwartet

Zwilling ist Zwilling.Super leicht lange mit einem Stahl scharf zu halten ohne nachschleifen und mein Alltagsmesser für fast alles.

Für kleine Hände das richtige Werkzeug. Superscharf, exakter Schnitt. Läßt sich sehr gut nachschleifen nach lägerem Gebrauch. Ist schon mein 2. Messer dieser Art.
