Love Love Love these knives! Have a great heft and feel. Very sharp. Expect these to last a lifetime. I bought several individual other knives in this line to make a set of the ones I most use; it was less expensive than buying a block set that had items I would not need, and do not like things on my counter.

İki bıçak da gayet keskin durumda, çok bıçak alabilecek kumaş bir kılıf içinde geliyor.Şef bıçağı ile ilgili tek dikkat edilmesi gereken, Alman kesim tekniklerine daha yatkın olması. Yani uç kısmı biraz eğimli. Yine de 20cm olması arkada da yeterli bir düz alan bırakıyor. Bende 16cm olanı da vardı ancak onda bu düzlük daha kısa olunca yadırgadım, kullanamadım.
