Nach 3 Monaten Nutzung: immer noch sehr scharf und zuverlässig
Ein kleines Messer, das ich inzwischen fast täglich benutze – und genau solche Werkzeuge werden am Ende die wichtigsten in der Küche.Die Klinge ist bereits ab Werk sehr scharf und schneidet sauber und präzise. Besonders gut eignet es sich für feine Arbeiten: Gemüse schälen, Obst schneiden oder kleinere Vorbereitungen bei Fleisch. Man merkt, dass es sich um guten Stahl handelt – die Schärfe hält deutlich länger als bei günstigeren Messern.Auch die Ergonomie überzeugt: Das Messer ist leicht, liegt gut in der Hand und ermüdet selbst bei längerer Nutzung nicht.Besonders angenehm ist die klassische, schnörkellose Ausführung – typisch solide Qualität.Kurz gesagt: ein unauffälliges Werkzeug, das man ständig benutzt.Klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein zuverlässiges kleines Messer für den Alltag suchen.

Das Messer war sicher und hochwertig verpackt. Besonders schätze ich, dass es Made in Germany ist – Qualität, die sich bezahlt macht. Ich zahle lieber etwas mehr für ein langlebiges Messer, das mich viele Jahre begleitet, statt ständig günstige Alternativen nachzukaufen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Präzision und Langlebigkeit legen!

Lo uso personalmente per tutto, il materiale è eccellente, taglia qualsiasi cosa.Ricordarsi che la lama è liscia e corta, quindi se dovete tagliare grossi pezzi di verdura, oppure avete bisogno di "seghettare", forse questo è troppo piccolo.Per pulire zucchine, zenzero, tagliare carote, pulire piccole verdure in generale è ottimo.
