    ich habe das Messer zurükgeschickt, weil es für meinen gedachten Einsatzzweck, dem Schneiden von Lebensmitteln in einem "tiefen" Behältnis, aufgrund der Klingenspitze nicht geeignet ist. Ansonsten top Qualität, super Balance und sicher die gleiche scharfe Klinge und Standfestigkeit wie das Professional S das ich nun in Verwendung habe und mit dem ich mehr als zufrieden bin.
