Ich nutze den PO 30 vor allem für den schnellen Check zu Hause. Einschalten, an den Finger stecken, ein paar Sekunden ruhig halten – dann stehen Sauerstoffsättigung und Puls stabil auf dem Display. Die Werte sind reproduzierbar, also bei mehreren Messungen hintereinander sehr ähnlich. Für den Alltag genau das, was ich brauche.Die Bedienung ist simpel. Ein Knopf, gut ablesbares Farbdisplay, fertig. Selbst bei normaler Raumbeleuchtung sind die Zahlen klar zu erkennen. Wichtig wie bei allen Pulsoximetern: Hände warm, nicht gerade frisch vom Spülen, Finger ruhig halten. Dann passt das Ergebnis deutlich besser.Überrascht hat mich die Größe. Das Gerät ist etwas wuchtiger als erwartet. Am Finger stört das nicht, im Kulturbeutel nimmt es aber mehr Platz ein als die typischen Mini-Modelle. Wer ein superkompaktes Gerät für die ganz kleine Tasche sucht, sollte das wissen. Verarbeitung wirkt solide, die Feder im Clip greift zuverlässig, nichts knarzt.Was mir gefällt: zuverlässiges Ansprechen, schnelle Messung, klarer Fokus auf das Wesentliche ohne App-Zwang. Was mir weniger gefällt: die eher großzügigen Abmessungen. Für mich ist das kein K.-o.-Kriterium, aber der Abzug von einem Stern ist nachvollziehbar.Unterm Strich: Funktioniert einwandfrei und macht, was es soll. Wer mit dem etwas größeren Format leben kann, bekommt ein unkompliziertes Messgerät für die regelmäßige Selbstkontrolle.

Für alle, die ihre Pulsfrequenz und die Sauerstoffsättigung des Blutes ohne Smart-Uhr messen wollen.Ich benütze es um bei Belastung meine Pulsfrequenz zu kontrollieren. Es ist handlich und passt gut in die Jacken- oder Hosentasche, so dass man es bei Bedarf schnell zur Hand hat.
Ich habe mir den Pulsoximeter gekauft um dies mit der watch mal abzugleichen.Diese ist nämlich leider sehr ungenau.Der pulsoximeter ist top. Leicht und einfach zu bedienen.Batterien enthalten. Toll auch das kleine Täschchen.
