**5 von 5 Sternen – Zuverlässig, kompakt und einfach zu bedienen!**
Ich habe mir das Beurer BC 27 für die regelmäßige Kontrolle meines Blutdrucks zu Hause gekauft und bin absolut zufrieden. Hier sind meine wichtigsten Punkte:* **Einfache Handhabung:** Das Anlegen am Handgelenk funktioniert problemlos. Die Manschette ist angenehm und passt auch bei etwas kräftigeren Handgelenken gut (14,0 - 19,5 cm).* **Schnelle Messung:** Das Gerät misst zügig und das Display ist groß und sehr gut lesbar – ideal, wenn man nicht extra die Brille suchen möchte.* **Hilfreiche Funktionen:** Besonders gut gefällt mir der farbige Risiko-Indikator (Ampel-System), der den Wert sofort nach WHO-Richtlinien einordnet. Auch die Arrhythmie-Erkennung gibt ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit.* **Speicherplatz:** Mit zwei Benutzerspeichern für je 60 Messwerte können mein Partner und ich das Gerät beide nutzen, ohne dass die Daten durcheinandergeraten.* **Kompakt:** Es wird in einer praktischen Aufbewahrungsbox geliefert und passt perfekt ins Reisegepäck.**Fazit:** Ein tolles Markenprodukt zum fairen Preis. Wer ein unkompliziertes und genaues Gerät für den Alltag sucht, macht hier nichts falsch. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
Gutes Produkt!
Habe es erst zwei Wochen im Gebrauch. Ist aber scheinbar ein gutes Produkt mit genauer Messung. Hatte mich nach Stiftung Warentest orientiert.
Blood pressure wristband
Easy to use. But there is sometimes big difference in back to back readings. So I usually take 3 just to be sure. Overall the device is light and the solid case in good for storage.
Ungenau und teuer wenn man die Daten verwalten will
Ich habe das Produkt zurückgegeben, da die Messwerte zum Teil stark von Vergleichsmessungen abweichen. Zudem heißt es in der Produktbeschreibung: "Die Messwerte können einfach durch die „Scan and Save“-Funktion in der kostenlosen „beurer HealthManager Pro“-App gespeichert werden und lassen sich mit Apple Health, Samsung Health & Health Connect synchronisieren". Was dort nicht steht ist, dass wenn man diese Funktion nutzen will, dass man teure In-App-Käufe tätigen muss (zwischen 6,99 € wöchentlich und wenn man keine Werbung möchte 99,99 €)!

Nicht zuverlässig genug und viel zu kleine Schriften
Das Blutdruckmessgerät ist sicher nicht schlecht, aber wir haben es in den Tagen mit einem Oberarmmessgerät und einem Boso Medistar+ verglichen: ca. 5 Messwerte waren korrekt – der 6. lag dann um 10 mm Hg zu hoch oder auch zu niedrig. Bei mir entscheidet das darüber, ob ich noch ein Blutdruckmittel nehmen muss oder nicht, deshalb hat es für uns beide nicht gepasst.Andere haben berichtet, dass die Messeergebnisse viel zu hoch waren. Das hatten wir auch am Anfang, dass ein Ergebnis problemlos 20 mm Hg zu hoch war. Das scheint aber kein wirkliches Problem zu sein: nach 10 – 20 Messungen hat sich das Gerät „eingemessen“ und solche Fehlergebnisse gab es nie wieder!Positives:- Die Messung geht bei gesundem Blutdruck schnell, da nicht so weit aufgepumpt wird (ca. bis 140 mm Hg)- Da nicht so stak aufgepumpt wird, ist die Messung für den Benutzer angenehm.- Der Breuer Support ist schnell und gut. Er liest wirklich was man geschrieben hat – das ist selten!Neutral – je nach persönlicher Ansicht:- jede 6. Messung lag um ca. 10 mm Hg daneben – mal drüber, mal drunterNegativ:- Alle Angaben außer dem systolischen und diastolischen Blutdruck (also: Datum, Uhrzeit, Speicherplatz, Benutzerspeicher und Puls) sind definitiv zu klein! Man braucht eine gute Beleuchtung, gute Augen bzw. Lesebrille. Das ist ärgerlich und das können andere besser! Wer kauft sich so ein Gerät – doch wohl eher ältere Menschen, die u.U. auch nicht mehr sooo gut sehen können.- Zum Mitbenutzen einer weiteren Person/Ehepartner, ist der Benutzerspeicher unbrauchbar, weil man ihn nicht VOR der Benutzung umstellen kann. Erst nach der Benutzung kann man ihn wechseln – für die nächste Messung. Diese Funktionsweise wurde uns per Mail vom Hersteller selbst so bestätigt! Wer denkt sich so einen Quatsch aus?!- Die Manschette lässt sich nicht so leicht anlegen, wie z.B. beim Boso Medistar+.- Wenn der Blutdruck so knapp unter 140 mm Hg ist, dann muss das Gerät in der Regel mindestens 2 Mal nachpumpen – ungut!- Drückt man den Startknopf wird einem immer für ca. 2 Sekunden der letzte Messwert angezeigt. Im Prinzip eine gute Idee. In der Praxis nervt es: Man drückt “Start“, positioniert das Blutdruckmessgerät in Herzhöhe und wartet – und wundert sich, warum das Gerät nichts macht. Diese „Gedenkpause“ ist störend.Quintessenz: Wir haben es zurückgegeben und erneut einen Boso Medistar+ gekauft.
Gutes Gerät, einfache Bedienung
Super Gerät, ein Blutdruckpass zum notieren der Werte ist auch dabei.Es lässt sich einfach bedienen und gut ablesen.Hab es für meine Mum gekauft und wir sind sehr zufrieden.
