      Product Description The Formula 90 protein from Mammut for making a protein shake is a 4-component protein made from soy, milk, whey and chicken protein. Protein plays an important role in shaping the body and should always be taken in sufficient quantities – this holds true not only for athletes. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscles and normal bones. The Mammut Formula 90 protein is also enriched with vitamin B6, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin B6 also contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Mammut recommends mixing 25 g of Formula 90 Protein with 300 ml of low-fat milk (1.5%). A suitable time to drink the Formula 90 protein is right after training, because strength training stimulates muscle protein synthesis. The Mammut Formula 90 protein is available in different flavours and packs.       Schmeckt gut und der Preis ist wirklich super. Für mich ein tolles Proteinpulver mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

      Banane mit Schokosplit schmeckt lecker - KLUMPT NICHT! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Qualität gut

      Wow, der Preis von Vanille wurde von 22,99 Euro im Januar jetzt auf 39,69 Euro angehoben.Banane kostet im Abo nun 37,39 Euro, im März lag der Preis bei 28,89 Euro.Ist aber immer noch der preisgünstigste Anbieter - erstaunlicher Weise.Das Pulver klumpt nicht einmal, wenn man es mit etwas Wasser mit einer Gabel verrührt.Es ist absolut klumpfrei und unglaublich sämig!Ich habe schon viele Eiweißpulver verwendet, aber dieses ist in diesem Punkt nicht zu übertreffen!Die Geschmacksrichtung Banane ist hier nur selten zu finden, deshalb habe ich mich für das Eiweiß entschieden.Der Geruch nach Banane ist sehr stark, der Geschmack nicht ganz so stark, aber trotzdem ausreichend bananig.Es sind auch kleine Schokosplits (siehe Bild) zur Geschmacksverbesserung und Vitamin B6 enthalten.Ich verwende für einen Shake 50 g Eiweiß mit Wasser, das sind ca. 190 kcal - das ersetzt auch eine Mahlzeit.Das Pulver hat einen Anteil von 55 % Soja und 28 % Milch, also ein relativ gutes Mischungverhältnis.Es sind 9,9 g Kohlenhydrate und 7,1 g Zucker (relativ viel) in 100 g Pulver enthalten.Einziges Manko: Die schwarze Dose ist sehr groß - aber leider eine Mogelpackung, da nur zu 2/3 befüllt.Nachgewogen habe ich allerdings nicht - ich gehe wohlwollend davon aus, dass 3000 g enthalten waren.Der Preis von 28,89 Euro bei freier Lieferung im 15 % Abo war damals bei Kauf akzeptabel.33,89 Euro regulär wären mir für das Produkt allerdings zu teuer.Die Geschmacksrichtung Vanille kann ich ebenfalls empfehlen.Der Versand erfolgte wie erwartet zügig.Ich würde das Bananen-Protein als Empfehlung ansehen.Sollte meine Rezension zur Entscheidungsfindung beitragen, würde ich mich freuen ...

      BEWARE, the protein per 100g is lower than shown in picture. Now it shows 71g protein/100g powder, down from 74g in the picture or 4% reduction.For flavor, pick the banana one, it might not be as mainstream as chocolate or vanilla, but the extra flavor is strong enough to be very tasty compared to the other variants.

      Leider schmeckt es bitter fast schon als wäre es schlecht geworden.Dazu kommt das es sich nur schlecht auflöst und somit sehr mehlig beim trinken ist.Leider auch ziemlich viel Zucker drin was auch nicht gut ist. Werde es jetzt aufbrauchen weil naja ist halt viel Geld das will ich nicht wegschmeißen aber danach nie wieder.

      Ich habe mir mal das Banana Split gekauft und kann nur sagen, dass es mir vorzüglich schmeckt. Ich handhabe das immer so, dass ich nur etwas Milch nehme (100 ml) und der Rest Wasser (150 ml) mit 30 Gramm Pulver.Löst sich im Shaker sehr schnell und sehr gut. Keine Klumpen. Deswegen kann ich auch nicht verstehen, dass hier teilweise geschrieben wird, die Löslichkeit sei nicht gut. Also wer hier Klumpen in seinem Drink hat, muss sich wirklich extrem ungeschickt anstellen. Das kann eigentlich nur passieren, wenn man das Pulver versucht mit dem Löffel einzurühren...Die Schokostückchen haben sich bei mir auch nicht am Boden abgesetzt. Das könnte aber durchaus passieren, wenn man nicht genügend Milch mit dazu nimmt oder den Drink sehr wässrig macht.Über die Qualität des Eiweiß will ich hier gar nicht viel schreiben. Pures Whey Protein ist mit Sicherheit besser, aber für die Langzeitversorgung an trainingsfreien Tagen und für Leute so wie ich, die keine Kraftsportler oder Bidybuilder sind, sondern Fußballer, ist das Formel 90 von Mammut meiner Meinung nach ausreichend, um die Nahrung zu ergänzen. Ich bin eh der Meinung, dass die ganzen Supplemente viel zu hoch gehypt werden. Mit Sicherheit nützlich, aber wenn man kein Profibodybilder ist, sollte man aus seiner Ernährung auch keine Wissenschaft machen und sich fragen, ob man sich wirklich dem Stress aussetzen will und muss, ständig und pünktlich zig verschiedene Pillen und Pulver zu sich zu nehmen. Der Nutzen wiegt den ganzen Stress und vor allem die Kosten meiner Meinung nach nicht auf. Es gibt genügend gute und leckere Eiweißquellen, die man mit normaler Ernährung zu sich nehmen kann.
