Guter Preis, gute Bank.
Top Trainingsbank!Die Verarbeitung ist gut (wer bei dem Preis echtes Leder und Gelkissen erwartet, sollte sich den Preis nochmal ansehen).Habe sie mir im Angebot gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Sie könnte bei 1.90m zwar etwas länger sein, aber es reicht aus.Es fühlt sich angenehm an und kein Drücken im Rücken.Für den Preis mehr bekommen, als erwartet.Schnell zusammengebaut und beim Training keine lässten Geräusche. Alles sitzt gut. Meine Freundin ist auch begeistert.

Also ganz ehrlich, die PASYOU Hantelbank hat mich echt überrascht. Für den Preis fühlt sich die Bank viel stabiler und hochwertiger an, als man zuerst denkt. Sie steht richtig fest, wackelt nicht rum und man merkt, dass da ordentlicher Stahl verbaut ist – selbst wenn man mal ein bisschen schwerer trainiert.Was ich besonders cool finde: du kannst die Lehne easy auf verschiedene Winkel einstellen – flach, schräg oder sogar leicht nach unten – und so verschiedene Übungen machen. Das ist für ’ne Heim-Trainingsbank total praktisch.Die Polsterung ist bequem genug, sodass man auch längere Sets durchziehen kann, ohne gleich Rückenschmerzen zu kriegen. Und wenn du nach dem Training den Platz brauchst, kannst du die Bank sogar zusammenklappen und wegräumen, was gerade in kleinen Wohnungen mega praktisch ist.Kurz gesagt: Preis-Leistung stimmt hier einfach. Für alle, die ’ne solide, verstellbare Bank für zuhause wollen, ohne gleich ein Vermögen auszugeben – die PASYOU ist ’ne echt gute Wahl.
Solide Hantelbank für das Home-Gym – Schnell einsatzbereit!
Für mein Training zu Hause habe ich eine flexible Lösung gesucht, die sich nach dem Workout platzsparend verstauen lässt. Die PASYOU Hantelbank erfüllt diesen Zweck insgesamt gut, hat aber kleine Details, die man vor dem Kauf wissen sollte.Meine Erfahrungen im Überblick:Aufbau & Klappfunktion: Der Aufbau war ein echtes Highlight – die Bank kam fast komplett vormontiert an und war innerhalb weniger Minuten startklar. Auch das Zusammenklappen funktioniert gut und spart im Zimmer enorm viel Platz.Komfort & Verstellbarkeit: Die Polsterung ist angenehm und bietet eine gute Mischung aus Härte und Komfort. Man kann die Bank in verschiedenen Winkeln einstellen, was für die meisten Standardübungen (Schrägbank, Flachbank) völlig ausreicht. Das Verstellen der Positionen ist allerdings manchmal ein wenig hakelig und könnte noch flüssiger laufen.Stabilität: Hier muss man ehrlich sein: Für eine klappbare Bank steht sie gut da, aber bei seitlichen Bewegungen wackelt es bauartbedingt minimal. Für normales Krafttraining zu Hause fühle ich mich sicher genug, aber bei absoluten Maximalgewichten merkt man den Unterschied zu einer starren Studio-Bank.Qualität: Der Stahlrahmen und der Bezug sind durchschnittlich gut verarbeitet – dem Preis absolut angemessen. Es wirkt alles solide genug für den regelmäßigen Heimgebrauch.Fazit:Wer eine unkomplizierte, klappbare Bank für das tägliche Training sucht und kein Profi-Bodybuilder mit extremen Gewichten ist, bekommt hier ein sehr faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ein guter Allrounder mit kleinen Abstrichen bei der Standfestigkeit unter Last.
Very good bench for price to quality ratio
Pros:-good build quality, no loose stitching, no deformity, all in order.-easy to setup, took only 5 minutes.-easy to use, bench is light weight but strong enough to support me 90kg + dumbbells with 60kg at the most.Cons:-not really a con but suggestion, if the bottom feet was a bit wider, it would make the whole bench more stable. That's not to say it's not stable enough with this configuration, but it will make it better.-wish the foam rollers were detachable, not a major issue.-The rubber caps for the bottom pipes can rotate very easily. you can put a tape around the pipe, then put the caps on to solve this. It matters because one side of cap is thicker than the other side. You want to keep it same height unless your floor is not flat.When I'm doing incline dumbbell press with 60kg (30+30), I do slightly notice the bench is not completely stable. But not to the point it makes me feel worried. Maybe many people wouldn't even notice unless they pay attention. If the bench was completely still, it would give me a better peace of mind. Am I asking too much for this price?I'm 180cm and my head can rest on back rest in all the angles except the steepest (127), it's not a deal breaker for me at all.If you are a shorter person, or someone with very short legs, you might find the seat a bit high from the floor, I suggest you check the sizing before purchasing.All in all, this is a great product. it could be the best product I bought from Amazon so far.But it's been only 3 days since I received it, I hope it will last at least 5 years :)

Very good bench, have used it a lot and no problems,my only gripe is the 2 pins should have been on a string so you won't loose them,but its still a good bench
Good bench for home exercise
Very comfortable chair during workout. Very sturdy. Heads up though, it won’t be suitable for 6 foot person and up. I am 5’6 and the bench felt just right for me. Worth the buy!!
PASYOU Adjustable incline and decline Weight Bench for home use
When I placed order, I had worry it may not be strong enough! I have tried it out many times. Me 70Kg and 2 dumbbells 20Kg each, a total of 110Kg when I do horizontal chest press. This bench proved to be very strong. I am sure it can take very much more weight than 110Kg. This bench saves space! Shove it to the wall and place the rubber coated hexagonal dumbbells underneath! For home use, Hexagonal rubber coated dumbbell is the best!
Definitely a great bench
I'm an avid weight lifter, and weigh about 240lbs. After using this bench for about a week, it has proven to be a very solid bench especially for its price range (I got for ~200 US dollars). There's sturdier benches out there if you're lifting HEAVY weight, but I use this for moderate workouts from home and wanted a bench that could also store easily taking up little space - this is the best bench I've ever seen for that capacity... it essentially folds up into a reasonably sized rectangle that I can put in a closet. Considering that, with how sturdy it is (throwing around 70 and below dumbells, total weight of 140lbs, including my 240lbs) it was a really good buy. I can't speak to its lifetime durability after only a week, but I believe the construction is good enough it will last as long as I need it to (a couple years, at least). Its great for situps (though I prefer having a preacher setup where my legs can be elevated for crunches), and has many height settings for the back support. The only thing I would change about it if I could, was the back does not sit straight up; at the highest setting, it's still leaning back a little. I prefer a straight back bench for doing military press. But it's upright enough I can still get the muscle stretches I'm looking for from the exercise. I would definitely recommend this bench for someone wanting a solid, versatile bench at a reasonable price.
Comfortable, Sturdy, and Easy to Store
This is a great weight bench with very comfortable padding and solid materials. Even after years of use, it has not shown any signs of cracking, discoloration, or cushion-flattening. It was super easy to put together and feels very sturdy once set up, easily handling my full weight along with a 180 lb bar.It is also easy to take apart and stores away nicely in a compact space. I still keep mine in the original plastic bag under my bed when I have company over, and it works perfectly for that. Overall a reliable and well designed piece of equipment that I would absolutely buy again.
