Guter Push-up-Board Test
Nach einer Woche intensiver Nutzung bin ich von diesem multifunktionalen Liegestütz-Board sehr überzeugt. Es ermöglicht ein gezieltes Training verschiedener Oberköpermuskelgruppen wie Brust, Schulter, Rüchen und Triceps. Die klare Farbmarkierungen machen die Zuordnung der Übung einfach und intuitiv. Die rutschfeste Schutzmatte am Boden verhindert ein Verrutsch und schont gleichzeitig den Fußboden. Außerdem liegt eine gute Anleitung für Anfänger bei.

Gutes und vielseitiges Liegestützbrett – Scharniere könnten besser sein
Das Liegestützbrett macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Es ist leicht, gut tragbar und durch die verschiedenen Griffpositionen sehr vielseitig einsetzbar. Für ein abwechslungsreiches Training zu Hause ist es definitiv praktisch und spart Platz, da man es zusammenklappen kann.Was mir allerdings nicht ganz so gut gefällt, sind die Scharniere. Sie wirken etwas weniger stabil als der Rest des Produkts und könnten meiner Meinung nach hochwertiger verarbeitet sein. Funktionieren tun sie, aber bei intensiver Nutzung habe ich leichte Zweifel an der langfristigen Haltbarkeit.Unterm Strich ein gutes Produkt mit vielen Trainingsmöglichkeiten, aber mit kleinen Schwächen bei den Scharnieren. Für den Preis trotzdem empfehlenswert, wenn man damit etwas vorsichtig umgeht. 💪

Top Brett, große Auswahl an Übungen und nimmt sehr wenig Platz in der Wohnung ein, da es sehr gut verstaut werden kann

Sehr stabil und die rutschstopper halten auch super man merkt auch krass wie bei den verschiedenen arten an liegestützen die verschiedenen muskelgruppen beansprucht werden
Leider unangenehm
Die Idee ist eigentlich super, leider ist die Verarbeitung und vor allem der benutzte Kunststoff unangenehm. Die Position kann man auch gut mit Parallettes und Bildern aus dem Internet nachstellen. VG
