Hantelbank
Die Hantelbank macht einen stabilen und gut verarbeiteten Eindruck. Sie steht sicher und bietet ausreichend Komfort beim Training. Die Verstellmöglichkeiten sind praktisch und ermöglichen verschiedene Übungen.Der Aufbau war unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für das Training zu Hause absolut empfehlenswert.
Super bank fürs Training, auch für schwere Jungs!
Die hantelbank ist super platzsparend zusammenklappbar, aufgebaut ist sie sehr stabil und flexibel verstellbar! Ich nutze sie täglich zum bankdrücken, schrägbankdrücken, fliegende, sit ups und noch zu vielen mehr! Zu den gummubandern kann ich nichts sagen, die nutzt nur meine Tochter!Alles in allem eine günstige, stabile Alternative zu viel teureren "Markenprodukten", wo ähnliches schon mal des dreifache oder mehr kostet!
Wo ist das Handbuch?!
Kam super schnell an. Verarbeitung ist auch Gut. Nur leider vermisse ich das Handbuch was auf jedem Bild angepriesen wird. Oder ich bi einfach dumm und es gibt irgendwo ein Link zu dem Workout Handbuch.

Die Bank ist Leichter als erwartet.Die Stabilität ist Trotzdem des Leichte Gewicht stark. Das zusammen klappen der Bank war ein wichtiger Punkt des Kaufes. Die Liege und Sitz Position läst verschiede Übungen zu. Trainings Bänder oder Hantel Gewichte ist mit dieser Bank gute Erweiterung.

Für 1,90 m Körpergröße leider ungeeignet – Viel zu schmal gebaut
Die Verarbeitung der Hantelbank ist grundsätzlich okay, aber für europäische Körpermaße (in meinem Fall 1,90 m) ist das Gerät schlichtweg zu klein.Zu kurze Liegefläche:Für große Menschen ist die Bank insgesamt zu kurz, was ein komfortables Training einschränkt.Unnatürliche Beinposition:Die Bein- bzw. Fußstützen sind viel zu schmal und liegen zu nah beieinander. Um Sit-ups zu machen, muss ich meine Beine unnatürlich eng zusammenpressen, anstatt sie in einer stabilen, leicht geöffneten Position lassen zu können.Fazit: Eher etwas für wirklich kleine und zierliche Personen.
