    2 Wochen nach der Abfüllung in Flaschen insgesamt gut, schwarz, stark, guter Stand der Schaumkrone, Schoko/Espresso Abgang.. Muss aber noch 4 Wochen reifen

    Es gibt verschiedene Wege, wie man ein Bier brauen kann. Ich nutze gern Malz und Hefe und mache meine Maische selber, dann warten bis das Bier gereift ist. Dann geniessen.Vorweg: Auch wenn man ein Bier wie aus dieser Packung nur ausprobieren möchte, muss man das beim Zoll anmelden! Das kostet nichts, ist ein einfacher formaler Vorgang und erspart einem im Nachgang Ärger!Dieses Kit ist die vereinfachte Version des Bier brauens. Hier ist die Maische schon vorgearbeitet in Form eines Surips, eingedickt. Diesen verdünnt man wieder auf seine ursprüngliche Form, gibt Hefe zu und wartet bis die Gärung vorüber ist. Man spart sich die ersten Schritte.Danach füllt man alles in Flaschen um und wartet die Reifung ab oder in kleine Fässer - wie man es eben haben möchte.Dieses Set ergibt ein Stout - für mich ein schönes Winterbier. Man braut quasi ein Guiness zu Hause. Das Bier ist schwarz und süffig. Es passt zu Fleisch oder auch einfach mal nur so am Abend mit Freunden oder vor dem Fernseher.Wer sich noch nicht sicher ist, ob Bier brauen etwas für ihn oder sie ist, hier kann man es versuchen ohne viele Gerätschaften kaufen zu müssen.
