Extraordinary value for the money
In short, Creative got everything right with this speakers:- superb sound quality for the price- basic, but solid set of features- decent connectivity- quality seems good- design wise they look very niceThere is really nothing negative I can say about them, but there are few points I want to make:- these are fairly small speakers, so don't expect huge sound. Don't get me wrong, they can fill the room nicely, but they are not very loud.- the sound quality is great for the size, but it's not jaw dropping. It's just much, much better compared to the alternatives I've heard before- the sound is pretty natural, which suits my taste. There is not too much bass, which I like, but some people probably won't.- separation is great, so mostly you can clearly hear all instruments in the track. Sometimes however I found that vocals can become just a little too quiet, but it's barely noticeable.So overall they serve their purpose much better than you would expect, and for this price and size, I doubt any other come as close to this sound quality.
Better than expected
I wanted a pair of simple speakers that would work with my computers, iphones, ipads ... and give me enough soundpower for everyday use. Bluetooth was mandatory.For my audio work, I use high-quality studio monitors, but I only turn them on when I need them.I looked at various reviews, and when you hear these sound comparisons on YouTube, you don't really want any of the speakers presented. My expectations for these small, inexpensive speakers weren't very high, but I have to say, they surprised me in a positive way.Of course, they can't be compared to high-quality studio monitors or expensive desktop speakers. That wouldn't be particularly fair or appropriate.Nevertheless, I tested everything possible in terms of audio, from classical to heavy metal, movies and even some of my own productions. And I have to say, I like them. Of course, the low frequencies are missing and the deep sub-basses are not there. But they sound really good, perfectly adequate for the workplace, for watching movies or just listening to music. The volume is perfectly adequate and even at higher volumes they don't distort excessively (very high volume doesn't make much sense on speakers like these anyway). Everything is within reason and better than expected.The volume and sound sweet spot is somewhere between 30-60%, and that's perfectly adequate. They sound transparent even though the mids are underrepresented which is completely ok for this price. The bass and treble are good - no disturbing hisses.USB-C:Connected with a USB-C cable to a TB4 port on my Macs, it provides enough power and good sound.Bluetooth:When connected via Bluetooth, the sound quality drops slightly, but not significantly, and is still acceptable. You only really notice it when you compare the two directly.The latency is pleasingly low, and video via Bluetooth is synchronously on all devices, at least synchronously enough that it is not really noticeable. There is a slight latency, but it is not distracting. Otherwise, you can still use USB or AUX. That probably depends on which source you connect to.Tried with iPhone, iPad, various Macs, everything worked wonderfully and the connection is established quickly. You have to disconnect to switch, but that's done quickly with 2 clicks.I wasn't really sure beforehand whether choosing these speakers was a good decision, but now that they're doing their job here, I'm extremely satisfied.Enough praise, I'm starting my Arch Enemy playlist, rocking out and enjoying myself.
Good but questionable quality
The speakers themselves are really nice and compact. I love the size of them and the bluetooth connectivity they have. The sound is also clear but almost no bass, which is expected tho for the price point. However, I had an issue with them where if the volume was more than 20% the bass in a lot of movies/media would cause the speakers to produce annoying rattling sound due to vibrations. I presume this is more of a quality check with the pair that I‘ve got, but were returned for this reason
Auf Anhieb mein liebster PC Laufsprecher
Super Klang, super klar und einfach schick.Die Lautsprecher meines Monitores klingen seitdem wie eine Blechbüchse aus der Musik kommt wenn ich sie mal versehentlich wieder einschalte.Der Anschluss über Micro-USB - sogar ein Adapter zum herkömmlichen USB Anschluß lag bei ist perfekt.Sie bleiben einfach immer an, bekommen ihren Strom vom PC - alles einfach super, super, super
Für das Geld fast unschlagbar mit guter Abbildung in den Bässen
Ich habe selten so einen guten Sound für so wenig Geld bekommen. Ich kenne mich mit Audio wirklich aus und habe auch ein paar andere Speaker verglichen. Mein Tipp ist, wenn möglich einen Equilizer einzusetzen, z. B. beim Hören von Musik mit einer Handy-App. Wenn man die Bässe und Höhen nochmal etwas anhebt (früher an den alten Yamaha Verstärkern nannte man das "Loudness"), dann hören sich die Dinger wirklich gut an. Durch die physischischen Abmessungen (Größe) können sie relativ gut Bässe abbilden. Besonders laut werden sie nicht. Man könnte aber einen Raum beschallen, der vielleicht mir 10 oder 20 Leuten gefüllt ist. Für eine kleine Party würde es also sogar ausreichen. Wer also keine eingebaute Batterie braucht und sich nicht dran stört, diese beiden Weihnachtskugeln am Kabel dabeizuhaben, kann wirklich für ein paar Euro drinnen (und bei Trockenheit auch draußen) einen coolen Sound genießen. Etwas schade, dass die Lautsprechermembranen vorn nicht durch einen Plastik oder Metallgrill geschützt sind, das würde die Pebbles nochmal etwas mobiler / robuster machen. "Machste halt ein bisserl Plastik drum...., dann geht das schon"
Schöne kleine USB-C-Lautsprecher mit gutem Klang fürs Home Office
Ich war für mein Home Office Setup auf der Suche nach einer günstigen Lautsprecher-Lösung die ich per USB-C anschließen kann und die sowohl für Videokonferenzen als auch fürs Musikhören geeignet ist. Die Creative Pebble V3 sind dafür genau richtig. Anschließen ist super einfach (USB-C-Kabel in mein Macbook und fertig), Sound ist klar, und auch fürs Musikhören absolut ausreichend. Natürlich kein besonderer Bass aufgrund der kompakten Bauweise, aber wie gesagt: Fürs Home Office und das gelegentliche Musikhören absolut ausreichend
