Tolles Werkzeug per HDMI und USB (Simultan)
Ich nutze die Kamera per HDMI an einem Videomischer (Videojockey-Einsatz) und zuhause auch per USB für Zoom. Man kann und muss mit den Einstellungen ein wenig spielen, damit das Kamerabild in den Farben noch besser aussieht. Der Makrobereich ist erstaunlich. Man kann die Kamera, die vor der Tastatur steht, auf diese ausrichten und es funktioniert. Man bekommt ein klares Bild und sieht, wie sauber die Tasten sind. :) Das Objektiv kann nur nicht allzu weit in den Weitwinkelbereich. Die eingebaute Kamera im Mac ist da für Videocalls etwas breiter aufgestellt. für ein schönes Bild in der Videokonferenz sollte die Kamera eine Entfernung von 60cm nicht unterschreiten. Weiter weg ist aufgrund des hervorragenden Zooms gar kein Problem. Einziges Manko: Leider kann man die Kamera nicht über den PC steuern. Dafür ist die Fernbedienung sehr stark und funktioniert super und USB und HDMI funktionieren gleichzeitig (ich hatte beim Zoom-Call noch einen Bildschirm über HDMI angeschlossen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Der Winkel nach unten ist gut, der Rest funktioniert sowieso und die Speicherung der Szenen mit Winkeln und Zoom funktioniert toll. Teurere Kameras dieser Bauart beherrschen die Wechsel bestimmt noch schneller aber für dieses Geld ist das Gerät eine echte Überraschung. Und zu der normalen Kamerastativverschraubung gibt es auch noch drei normale Schraubenaufnahmen, so dass man die Kamera mit dem beiliegenden Blech oder auch anders perfekt irgendwo anbringen kann.
Erste Kamera kaputt, sind gespannt...
Unsere erste Kamera ist nun nach 3 Monaten kaputt. Zeigt nur noch Schwarz, Achsen verfahren nicht mehr und "zucken" nur noch.Gerade in Klärung, wie es jetzt weiter geht. Verkäufer & Produkt bekommen von uns jetzt nochmal die Chance sich von einer besseren Seite zu zeigen...Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt verhältnismäßig gute Qualität. Auf eine Entfernung von ca. 13m sind Buchseiten gut erkennbar.Edit:Nach kurzer Kontaktaufnahme wurde die Kamera sofort ausgetauscht.Kundenservice ist gut.

Wir hatten nach ein paar Monaten einen defekten Lautsprecher. Wir haben den Verkäufer über Amazon kontaktiert und innerhalb kürzester Zeit einen kostenlosen Austausch auf Garantie erhalten. Exzellenter Kundenservice. Das gesamte System funktioniert bei uns sehr gut und ist einfach einzurichten und zu benutzen!
Service Überraschung …
Auf der Suche nach einer brauchbaren PTZ Kamera mit gutem optischen Zoom, HDMI, einer guten Auflösung und Fernbedienungsoptionen entdeckten wir - der „Theaterverein Lampenfieber Vossenack“ diese Kamera!Ausprobieren war einfach - da das Rückgaberecht es ja erlaubt einen Monat lang zu testen.Und! Aufhängung an ein Rahmensystem gebaut und ausprobiert!TOP!!! Alles funktioniert und begeistert! Gerade die Preis - Leistung überzeugt! Es gibt ja nun auch deutlich teurere Geräte.Wir behalten die Kamera!1,5 Monate Später - Bühne gebaut - Kamera aufgehängt - alles aufgebaut!ABER: auf einmal läuft die Kamera länger als 5 Minuten und plötzlichReset! Alle Einstellungen auf Anfang 🫣Alle Wiederholungen - keine Änderung - alle Einstellungen gehen im Zeitraum von < 10 Minuten verloren!Hoffnungslosigkeit- Email an den Support!Nach ca 5 Stunden war alles geklärt - neue Kamera ist auf dem Weg! Aber nur noch 3 Tage bis zur Premiere!2 Tage später war die neue Kamera da!Premiere gelungen - Kamera lieb gewonnen!TOP SERVICE

After 20 months the speaker stopped charging, and the camera stopped zooming. This was not built to last.
Einfach nur fantastisch bis jetzt..
ich habe mir mittlerweile 2 davon gekauft, weil ich so begeistert von der Kamera bin. für den Preis Mega Bildqualität, braucht sich hinter 1000 Euro PTZ Kameras(Marshall / RGB link) vom Bild nicht verstecken , ich habe 1:1 verglichen. Pan Tilt und Zoom ist flüsterleise und zuverlässig. einfach top. Dass kein Mikro verbaut ist, ist für mich kein Nachteil, ich verwende sowieso immer externe Mikrofone.Kamera auch komplett manuell bedienbar Fokus / iso/ usw., für den Preis echt sehr gut.Helligkeit ist gut und auch das Bild ist scharf und ohne störendes Bildrauschen usw.
Solides System, aber bei Zoom etwas unscharf
Das TONGVEO Kamera- und Mikrofon-Set macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Die Installation war unkompliziert und die Verbindung mit Microsoft Teams und Zoom hat problemlos funktioniert. Auch das Bluetooth-Mikrofon nimmt Stimmen gut auf und die Reichweite ist ausreichend für kleinere bis mittlere Räume.Allerdings bin ich mit der Bildqualität bei Zoom-Meetings nicht ganz zufrieden. Obwohl 1080p und 60fps angegeben sind, wirkt das Bild bei Bewegung oder stärkerem Heranzoomen leicht unscharf und verwaschen. Für einfache Meetings ist es okay, aber für professionelle Präsentationen oder Schulungen hätte ich mir etwas mehr Klarheit gewünscht.Pro:✅ Einfache Einrichtung✅ Gute Tonaufnahme vom Mikrofon✅ Kompatibel mit gängigen ProgrammenContra:❌ Bild bei Zoom nicht so scharf wie erwartet❌ Zoom-Funktion etwas trägeInsgesamt brauchbar, aber mit Abstrichen bei der Bildqualität. Avec la monté de l'utilisation du numérique dans les rapports humains au bureau, on a vu apparaitre des solutions de moins en moins couteuses pour parfaire les réunions et autres conférence en ligne.Les plus+ Très complète. J'ai beau réfléchir je ne vois pas tellement ce qu'elle n'a pas qu'on serait en droit d'avoir à ce prix.+ Dans un environnement bien éclairée, la qualité de l'image est très correcte. On peut même tout à fait l'envisager en stream.+ Télécommande, elle aussi très complète.+ Mouvements très fluides.+ Zoom également fluide en mode lent.+ Montage mural/plafond possible et fourni.+ Possibilité de faire tout une installation de ces caméra en série+ Micro correct mais sans plus+ Le prix pour une telle caméra.Les moins- Pas toujours simple tant il y a des options qui ne sont pas toujours bien clair

Très bon produit, il est dommage de ne pas avoir de notice en français, et surtout, il est possible de brancher la caméra sur un réseau cependant la procédure est incompréhensible, trop compliquée.Quel dommage.
