    Für den Vorratsschrank gekauft und für Notfälle zu einfachen Zubereitung. Geschmacklich gut, Qualität für Fertigessen gut, aber nichts für schwer arbeitende Menschen, es ist von der Portion her, eher ein Häppchen oder Seniorengericht.

    Ich hatte mit abgepacktem cevapcici wie man es beim Discounter bekommt gerechnet. Tomatenreis mit Gemüse und Hackstäbchen halt. Dieses Gericht besteht fast ausschließlich aus Sosse. Und die schmeckt nichtmal. Ohne zu übertreiben: vielleicht 10g Reis und 2 (!) winzige Hackfleisch naja Stäbchen. Gemüse sind Tomatenfetzen. Die Portion ist winzig. Ich habe eine Portion tomatenreis von uncle Bens miterwärmt, dann ging es. Zumindest war die suppenartige Konsistenz aufgesogen. Geschmacklich ohne nachwürzen eine Katastrophe. Ich ärgere mich, dass ich den 4er Pack genommen habe. Ich dachte, dann hab ich was da, kann man nichts verkehrt machen. Naja.

    Zu viel Salz drin! Nichts für Leute mit hohen Blutdruck

    Leider sind in diesem Fertiggericht 1,2 g Salz auf 100 Gramm drin. Das ist auf 280 Gramm der Tagesbedarf eines Gesunden! Warum muss da so viel Salz drin sein? Da ich Herz- und Blutdruckprobleme habe, hat dieses Gericht durch den hohen Salzgehalt eine gefährliche Blutdruckentgleisung nach oben mit Werten um 200 zu 100 unmittelbar nach dem Essen ausgelöst. Ich habe den Notarzt da gehabt und er bestätigte, dass dieses Gericht wohl die Ursache wg. des plötzlichen Salzanstieges ist. Der Notarzt schaute auf die Zutaten auf der Verpackung und war geschockt aufgrund des Salz- (Natrium-)Gehalts. Er hat mir von solchen verarbeiteten Fertiggerichten in Zukunft dringend abgeraten. Nicht zu empfehlen für Leute mit Herz- und Kreislaufproblemen! Ich war und bin immer noch von Dreistern-Produkten begeistert, aber ich muss auf den Salzgehalt achten und werde salzreiche Artikel in Zukunft nicht mehr kaufen. Unkonserviert ersetzt durch hohen Salzgehalt haltbar gemacht, ist nicht die beste Lösung, Lebensmittel auf diese Art zu konservieren, macht auch gesunde Menschen irgendwann krank!
