Really works - if in doubt give it a go.
I discovered this after months of searing pain in my heal with each step I take (and a very unhelpful doctor). Within two days the pain was subsiding, and after a week I got out of bed one morning without any pain at all! Just from 5-10 min rolling my foot along this each evening.I wish I'd known about this 'cheap fix' months ago. Obviously it didn't cure the problem, and I expect I will need to use the roller daily indefinitely, but I'm so glad I took a gamble on it.I don't think this brand is necessarily better than another, but the shape where it flares out at the ends is important - to massage the arch of your foot.
Exzellente Rolle! Perfekt zum Massieren, ideal zum Aufwärmen der Fußmuskulatur vor dem Joggen. Man kann auch die Sehnen auf der Oberseite des Fußes gut dehnen indem man sich mit mehr Gewicht auf die Rolle stellt und langsam darüber rollt. Ich nutze die Rolle als Ergänzung zu den lila Franklin Bällen.

Die Rolle lindert Schmerzen im Fußgewölbe spürbar und ist handlich. Der Preis ist allerdings etwas hoch.
Dieser Roller hält was er verspricht. Für den Preis kann man null meckern! Ich nutze ihn auf Arbeit unterm Tisch.
Ich hatte lange Schmerzen in der Fußsohle und ständig das Gefühl eine Art Krampf zu haben. Die Anwendung der Rolle sorgt sofort für eine Verbesserung der Schmerzen. Seit ich sie regelmäßig nutze, habe ich keine Probleme mehr. Die Rolle ist auch aus sehr angenehmen Material und einfach zu reinigen.
