    Viele bemängeln den Geruch der Tabletten und ja, das stimmt: beim Öffnen riecht es tatsächlich etwas streng, fast so, als würde man eine Dose Fischfutter aufmachen. Geschmacklich sind die Tabletten jedoch neutral, höchstens leicht bitter auf der Zunge. Da es sich aber um Tabletten handelt, die man einfach schluckt und nicht lutscht, ist das für mich kein Problem. Luft anhalten, Wasser dazu und fertig.Von der Größe her sind sie vergleichbar mit einer Ibuprofen-Tablette. Auch zur Schluckbarkeit kann ich nur sagen: für mich absolut kein Problem. Viele berichten von Schwierigkeiten, aber ich bekomme problemlos sechs Stück auf einmal runter, bin allerdings auch durch meinen Fitness-Supplement-Alltag daran gewöhnt.Unterm Strich: Wer den Geruch verkraften kann, bekommt ein solides Supplement, das sich gut in die tägliche Routine integrieren lässt.

    Gut gegen Bluthochdruck

    Ich habe seit Jahrzehnten Bluthochdruck und mit den Jahren wurde die Dosierung eher höher. Zu meinem Bedauern, begleitet mich dazu auch noch eine Schilddrüsenunterfunktion, wobei meine Medikation jenseits von Gut und Böse ist. Deswegen hatte ich mich nach natürlichen Produkten umgesehen, Tage und Stunden damit verbracht, mich über mein Krankheitsbild noch genauer zu erkundigen und bin darauf gestoßen, dass Aminosäuren mindestens genauso wichtig für meine Schilddrüse sind, wie Jod und Selen. (Ich nutze in Kombi noch Drüsen Schild von Naturtreu)Ich kann bereits nach 2 Tagen sagen, ohne Witz, dass sich mein Blutdruck bereits gebessert hat. Mit chemischen Tabletten lag der immer so um die 120 zu 70. Normal halt. Aber wenn es machbar wäre, den gleichen Wert mit natürlichen Produkten zu erzielen, wäre das genial. Nach 2 Tagen Einnahme und Blutdruckmessung alle 4 Stunden, waren meine Werte bereits im Schnitt bei 108 zu 65. Die chemischen Tabletten nehme ich erstmal weiter, bis ich die Werte mit dem Arzt abgesprochen habe. Also für mich schon mal mehr, als ich gehofft hatte.Nun zu den Tabletten an sich:* In vielen Kommentaren lese ich, dass diese schwer zu schlucken seien und zu groß für eine tägliche Einnahme wären. Meiner Ansicht nach Blödsinn. Die Leute schieben sich täglich gefühlt ein halbes Schwein auf Toast in den Rachen, einen Döner, oder sonstige Lebensmittel, welcher Art auch immer. Nun soll so eine Tablette also unüberwindbar sein? Aha. Ja sie sind größer, aber mit einem großen Schluck Wasser absolut kein Problem. Es ist keine Kapselform und sie sind geschmacksneutral. Absolut machbar! Ein bisschen staubig vielleicht, aber stört nicht.* Desweiteren prangern Viele an, dass es sich bei dem Produkt um eine sneaky Täuschung handelt. Denn die 6000mg sind ja nicht in einer einzigen Tablette enthalten. Wer lesen kann, ist aber klar im Vorteil. Auf der Verpackung wird klar kommuniziert, dass es sich bei den 6000mg um eine gesamte Tagesdosis, bestehend aus insgesamt 6 Tabletten handelt, die jeweils im besten Fall nach einer Mahlzeit 3x2 eingenommen werden sollen. Keine Ahnung, warum man sich da getäuscht vorkommen soll, wenn es doch auf der Verpackung steht?* Generell kann ich schon mal sagen, dass ich mich durchaus auch fitter fühle. Durch meine Schilddrüse hänge ich oft durch. Meist sogar den ganzen Tag, was ich als sehr belastend empfinde. Bislang geht es mir also gut. Kann mich nicht beklagen.Für mich sind die Tabletten halt echt gut. Wenn es mir hilft, meine chemischen Tabletten zu reduzieren, vielleicht sogar komplett mit diesem Produkt zu ersetzen, ist mir das der Preis alle Mal wert.Probieren geht über Studieren. Einfach mal machen und gucken, ob es einem selber hilft.

    Wenn man den Berichten von einschlägigen Zeitschriften Glauben schenken darf sind hier unnötige Füllstoffe wie Beispielsweise Taurin enthalten. Wobei ich das, als Substanz fürs Training, nicht als unnötig empfinde.Leider riechen die Tabletten sehr unangenehm, und sind darüberhinnaus etwas scharfkantig, sodass sie, auf Grund der Größe und Form, beim Schluckakt gelegentlich hängen bleiben können.Manche der Pillen sind bereits bei Empfang zerbrochen, was man vor der Einnahme ohnehin machen sollte, da es diese erleichtert.

    Die Tabletten riechen wirklich fürchterlich und ich habe Magenprobleme davon bekommen.Das hatte ich bei anderen Produkten noch nie.

    Boah, die Tabletten sind so groß, dass sie im Hals stecken bleiben. Auch wenn man sie teilt, bleiben sie im Hals kleben weil sie so pulvrig sind. Leider ist das ein Grund für mich, sie nicht mehr nachzukaufen. Auch das mehrmals tägliche Einnehmen ist nicht für mich geeingnet.
