    Es reicht halt ein bisschen, so wie andere Multivitamin Tabletten auch. Der Geruch kann Kurzzeitig beim frischen öffnen schlimm sein, aber das stört mich nicht., denn es gibt viel schlimmeres. Geschmacklich ist es auch erträglich man soll sie schlucken und nicht im Mund zergehen lassen, daher versteh ich viele Kommentare hier nicht. Im großen und ganzen macht es was es soll und ich werde sie mir sicherlich nochmal kaufen.

    Täglich eine davon zu nehmen ist manchmal garnicht so einfach, denn die Tabletten sind recht groß und haben keine besonders glatte Oberfläche. Das führt leider dazu, dass Sie gerne irgendwo im Rachen festkleben. Da gäbe es Nachholbedarf.Ansonsten sind sie gut verträglich.

    NON E' un multivitaminico-multiminerale ad alta potenza, come da descrizioni. MA paradossalmente è proprio questo il suo punto di forza. ogni compressa (metà dose giornaliera consigliata) costituisce per la maggior parte dei componenti il 25% del fabbisogno giornaliero. Non sono riuscito a trovare altri multivitaminici con dosi così basse. Ma ripeto, questo prodotto è unico proprio per i suoi bassi dosaggi, adatti ad una integrazione a titolo di prevenzione che abbatte la probabilità di sovradosaggi, potenzialmente dannosi o al meglio inutili. Io ne prendo una compressa al giorno a titolo cautelativo, per prevenire eventuali carenze di cui non sono e non posso essere a conoscenza, a meno di costose e ripetute analisi specifiche. Sto pensando adesso, terminata una confezione, di assumerne metà compressa al giorno (circa il 12.5% del fabbisogno per la maggior parte dei componenti). Chi è patito degli integratori forse conosce il prodotto Microvitamin del dott. Brad Stanfeld, progettato su questo concetto, ma molto costoso. Personalmente, dopo varie ricerche, ho trovato questo multivitaminico Carlyle che si avvicina al concetto di Stanfeld ma a prezzo enormemente minore. Una confezione, a 16 € circa, contiene 365 compresse, ognuna delle quali costituisce una minidose con il 25% dei valori di riferimento dei componenti, dato che la dose giornaliera è riferita essere 2 compresse (le quali apportano il 50% del fabbisogno della maggior parte dei componenti). Una strategia di prevenzione che costa pochissimo. Alla quale ovviamente unire vere e proprie integrazioni a dosaggi più elevati qualora necessarie.
