    Vertrage den Multivitamin Komplex sehr gut. Ich empfehle ihn morgens/vormittags mit Essen zusammen und Flüssigkeit aufzunehmen. So hat man eigentlich kein Durchfall davon.Zudem bitte aufpassen, dass man nicht parallel zu viele fettlösliche Vitamine aufnimmt (A, K, D etc.) da es dort schnell mal zu einer Überdosierung kommen kann. Also Obacht ;)

    Gutes Nahrungsergänzungsmittel. Bei mir wurde PCOS diagnostiziert, daher suchte ich nach Ergänzungsmitteln die bei dem Symptomen helfen sollen, hoffe sie helfen wirklich. Update folgt.

    I’ve been taking this Nature Love multivitamin and I really like how complete it feels. It’s convenient that it’s only 1 capsule a day, and the formula covers a lot (A–Z vitamins and minerals plus green tea extract and citrus bioflavonoids). It’s also a big plus for me that it’s vegan and lab-tested, with no unnecessary additives.I’ve felt more consistent energy day to day, and it’s been an easy supplement to stick with. For the price and the 6‑month supply.

    Bei Nahrungsergänzungsmittel muss man sagen das diese die Ernährung unterstützen sollen und nicht übernehmen.Eine gesunde und ausgewogene Ernährung ist erstrebenswert aber im stressigen Alltag nicht immer möglich.Dieses Präparat ist leicht zu schlucken und seit dem die Kapseln eingenommen werden geht es mir deutlich besser und ich fühle mich mehr Energie geladen.Die Verpackung hat leider keine Kindersicherung daher der Stern Abzug.Preislich würde ich sagen das es im Guten Mittelfeld mit Tendenz zum günstigen geht.Also alles top und nicht überteuert.Ich vertrage die Kapseln gut sollte man sie nicht vertragen , sollte man das unbedingt mit seinen Hausarzt abklären.Ich hoffe mein Beitrag konnte bei der kauf Entscheidung helfen

    Nach rund zwei Monaten täglicher Einnahme dieses Multivitamin-Komplexes kann ich sagen: Ich fühle mich gut versorgt. Kein Kratzen im Hals, keine Müdigkeitsschübe – einfach ein stabiles Körpergefühl.Besonders gefallen mir die veganen Inhaltsstoffe und die durchdachte Kombination aus Vitaminen, Mineralien und Pflanzenextrakten. Es ist alles drin, was ich brauche – und das in einer einzigen Kapsel pro Tag.Die Kapseln sind geschmacksneutral und die Verpackung wirkt hochwertig. Auch preislich finde ich das Produkt absolut fair – 6 Monate Versorgung in dieser Qualität ist selten.Für mich ist das eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die sich bewusst und natürlich mit Mikronährstoffen versorgen wollen.
