Vorsicht, scharf!
Unfassbar scharf, liegt gut in der Hand!
Preis Leistung passt und es erfüllt seinen Zweck
Ich habe das Messer gekauft um bei größeren Schnitten, z.B. Vorbereitung für Rollbraten oder Aufschnitt eines Braten eine lange gerade Klinge zu haben. Den Zweck erfüllt es gut. Gibt es bessere Messer? Klar. Aber Preis Leistung passt aus meiner Sicht gut. Verarbeitung ist vollkommen OK. Die in anderen Rezenzionen genannten Qualitätsmängel hinsichtlicht Verarbeitung des Griffs kann ich NICHT bestätigen.Ein Stern Abzug, weil der Griff es nicht zulässt bis auf das Brett mit ganzer Klinge flach aufzusetzen. Das hätte mir aber auch vorher auffallen könnnen.Noch mal: Preis Leistung passt und scharf bekommt man es auch, es erfüllt seinen Zweck.
