eistungsstarkes 4K PTZ-Konferenzsystem für professionelle Meetings 💻
Ich habe mir das Kamerasystem gekauft, da wir im Team Besprechungen mit mehreren Mitarbeitern haben. Eine kleine Webcam hat daher nicht mehr ausgereicht. Die Videoqualität der Kamera hat uns überzeugt, genauso wie das Automatisch Facetracking. So richtet sich die Kamera immer so aus, dass derjenige der spricht, gut zu erkennen ist. Die Mikrotonqualität könnte etwas bessert sein, reicht aber für den Zweck aus. Hier meine Vor und Nachteile:✅ Pro:- Sehr hohe Bildqualität dank 4K-Auflösung für klare Videokonferenzen.- 20-facher Zoom und PTZ-Funktion für flexible Raumabdeckung.- KI-Auto-Tracking sorgt dafür, dass Sprecher automatisch im Bild bleibt.- Viele Anschlüsse (USB 3.0, HDMI, LAN) für einfache Integration in bestehende Systeme.- Inklusive Freisprecheinrichtung mit Mikrofon für gute Audioabdeckung in großen Räumen.❌ Contra:- Einrichtung kann etwas technisch anspruchsvoll sein, besonders bei Netzwerkintegration.- Bei sehr großen Räumen kann zusätzliche Mikrofontechnik sinnvoll sein.Fazit:Ein gutes Konferenzsystem für professionelle Meetings mit moderner KI-Technologie und hoher Bildqualität. Ideal für Unternehmen, die regelmäßig große Remote-Meetings durchführen.
Gute PTZ-Kamera mit ausreichenden Funktionen
Nach langer Suche habe ich mich für diese Kamera entschieden, denn ich streame manchmal einige Veranstaltungen oder ich brauche sie beim Chatten mit Freunden in einer Hybrid-Form. Sie kam sehr gut verpackt an. Ein Deckenhalter und die benötigten Schrauben sind auch bei der Lieferung dabei, um das Montage an der Wand oder an der Decke zu ermöglichen. Ein USB 3.0 Kabel ist auch dabei, somit wird die gute Bildqualität ohne Verzögerung übertragen.Gleich am zweiten Tag nachdem ich die Kamera bekommen hatte, habe ich sie zu der Kaffeepause bei meinem Arbeitskreis mitgebracht, um die Funktionalitäten zu testen. Alle meiner Kollegen waren begeistert.Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auf jeden Fall sehr gut. Auf Amazon findet man viele ähnliche Produkte, aber für 300 Euro kriegt man mit der TONGVEO PTZ-Kamera zuerst eine hohe Auflösung von 1080P, was komplett ausreichend für meine Anwendungsszenarien ist. Außerdem machen der 3-fache optische Zoom und die Autofokus-Funktion das Streaming noch bequemer und einfacher. Der Perspektivwinkel beträgt max. 117° und zusammen mit einer mechanischen Umdrehung von ±175° in der horizontalen Richtung und ±90° in vertikaler Richtung ist der Einsatz in einem kleinen bis mittleren Raum sehr geeignet. Während der Umdrehung macht die Kamera sehr wenig Geräusche, und die Geschwindigkeit ist auch okay. Alle Funktionen lassen sich über eine Fernbedienung erledigen, wo man auch max. 10 Preset-Positionen abspeichern und später einfach per ein Knopfdrücken abrufen kann.Die Inbetriebnahme ist idiotensicher durch das Plug-and-Play. Nichtsdestotrotz sind die Funktionen nicht eingeschränkt, da ein RS-232- und ein RS-485-Anschluss vorhanden sind. Für Profis gibt es bestimmt viel mehr Spielraum bei der Steuerung der Kamera.Alles in allem ist die Kamera sehr preiswert und ich würde sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! 👍👍

professionelle Webcam mit starkem Bild und Sound
Auf der Suche nach einem Upgrade für meine Vorlesungen als Dozent bin ich auf diese professionelle Kamera gestoßen.Der Lieferumfang ist sehr groß. Man bekommt die Kamera, die Bluetooth Sprechanlage, eine Fernbedienung sowie diverse Kabel und eine Bedienungsanleitung.Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach. Man steckt die Kamera an den Computer 💻 an, dann wird sie sofort erkannt und kann in MS Teams/Zoom verwendet werden. Die Sprechanlage hat einen verbauten 8000mAh Akku 🔋 und kann bspw. kabellos per Bluetooth, via mitgeliefertem USB Dongle (in PC einstecken) oder via Kabel verbunden werden. Danach kann man das Audiogerät direkt in Windows verwenden zur Wiedergabe und als Eingabegerät verwenden.Die Bildqualität ist richtig gut. Dank 1080p 60fps sieht das Bild klar und sehr flüssig aus. Bewegt man die Kamera via Fernbedienung so wirken die Schwenker auch flüssig. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr gut und man kann auch gut zoomen. Dank Weitwinkel sieht man im Meeting auch viel ohne dass man die Kamera bewegen muss. Die Audioqualität 🔉 ist ebenfalls richtig gut, das Gerät ist für Konferenzen/Meetings wirklich gut geeignet.

Leider instabil, für uns nicht einsetzbar
Wir haben die Kamera sehr dringend benötigt, und sie selbst mit einem IT-Profi nach 2h nicht stabil zum Laufen gebracht. Die Kamera wurde von TEAMS auf einem WIN11 Notebook zuerst erkannt, dann wieder nicht usw... Mussten sie zurücksenden...

Worst service post delivery incorrect seller information
We purchased this product for our business account, and within just one month, the camera began displaying blurry visuals. We initially attempted to reach the seller's customer care with no success. Following this, we contacted Amazon customer service multiple times requesting the seller’s contact information.Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. Amazon representatives gave inconsistent responses, eventually sharing an email and phone number that turned out to belong to a bakery. Later, we were informed that the product would be picked up, and a self-pickup receipt was generated. However, the label listed a seller number based in Andhra Pradesh (which is currently out of service), while the return address was in Punjab.This clearly indicates that Amazon does not have accurate seller information, nor is it taking responsibility for resolving the issue—despite the product still being under warranty. We were also told that the seller would contact us via email. The only response we received was a dismissive message stating, “After 1 month you are getting problem.”As a business account holder, we are extremely disappointed by the lack of support and accountability from both the seller and Amazon. We expect better service, especially when a product under warranty becomes faulty so quickly.We urgently request:A proper resolution to this issue.Clear and accurate seller contact information.An immediate replacement or refund as per the warranty terms.Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
