Ich nutze die MERACH Vibrationsplatte jetzt schon eine Weile und bin im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Sie ist eine gute Ergänzung fürs Home-Workout und motiviert, sich auch im Alltag mehr zu bewegen. Vor allem für kurze Trainingseinheiten oder zum Aktivieren der Muskeln ist sie wirklich praktisch.Die Bedienung ist einfach, die Intensitätsstufen sind ausreichend und man merkt die Vibrationen deutlich. Besonders Beine, Bauch und Po werden gut beansprucht. Auch das kompakte Design ist ein Plus, da sie wenig Platz wegnimmt.Mit der Zeit sind mir aber auch einige Schwächen aufgefallen. Vor allem nach längerer Nutzung macht mein Gerät inzwischen komische Geräusche (Klackern/Schleifen), was am Anfang nicht der Fall war. Gerät selbst gut, man kann es jur leider nicht mit der app verbinden. Das finde ich schade,Habe meine Bewertungen überarbeitet, da ich von der Firma im positiven sehr überrascht worden bin. Haben ein tolles Kundenservice und sind toll im Kundenservice Daumen hoch dafür

Gut, auch für Massage für den Rücken...
Sie ist sehr leise, sodass ich sie problemlos auch abends benutzen kann, ohne jemanden zu stören. Trotz ihrer kompakten Größe steht sie stabil und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Ich merke richtig, wie meine Muskeln aktiviert werden – ideal als Ergänzung zum Training oder einfach, um etwas Bewegung in den Alltag zu bringen. Tipp: Hände im knienden auf das Gerät links und rechts abstützen und merken wie der Schulter und Rückenbereich durchgeschüttelt und "massiert" bzw. gelockert werden.

Selbst bei niedrigster Einstellungsstufe strapazierten die Rüttelbewegungen meine Lendenwirbelsäule ziemlich stark, sodass ich nach einwöchiger Benutzung (einmal morgens für zwei Minuten) tagelang Schmerzen hatte. Die Rüttelbewegung ist körperlich gesehen völlig unnatürlich, kommt in der natürlichen Bewegung des Menschen gar nicht vor und ist anatomisch kontraproduktiv. 45 Minuten Nordic Walking am Tag haben einen wesentlich größeren gesundheitlichen Effekt und ich bin an der frischen Luft.

Soy mujer de 34 años, con dolor lumbar muy recurrente a causa de una hernia discal, y paso horas sentada cada dia por el trabajo y soportando el dolor. Tengo de que decir que en mi caso, sí ha funcionado, pero desde el día 1 con 10 minutos, la segunda semana han sido 20 min de uso no de seguido. Te mueve tanto que se siente como un masaje terpeutico, esto puedo decir después de 2 semanas de uso: me ha relajado todos los músculos, me ha tonificado las piernas y que personalmente me llama a usarla porque al sentarme bien, me relaja y me entretiene. Muy satisfecha con el producto la verdad, siento no haberlo descubierto antes porque me habría ahorrado mucho dolor. Sí tonifica y aporta firmeza SIN APENAS MOVERTE. No necesitas casi fuerzas. Excelente. Eso sí, hay que hacerlo bien para no lesionarse.
