Very good choice
I really like it. It’s very quiet and doesn’t bother the neighbors or the cat. It has different programs but also could be set manually. The remote control is nice. I believe it helps for the lymph circulation and peristaltic. It’s small and not heavy. It’s a very good choice.

Liebe Leute, was soll ich sagen? Am Anfang war ich euphorisch und bin drei Tage nacheinander rauf und habe mich nach ubungsanleitung durchschütteln lassen.Dann passierte folgendes... Ich habe Muskelkater vom Feinsten gehabt. Also zeigt mein Körper mir sehr genau, dass diese Vibrationsplatte super funktioniert.Ich benutze sie seit ca. 6 Wochen inzwischen regelmäßig jeden Tag. Ich habe bei neuen Übungen immer noch leichten Muskelkater, aber er hält sich in Grenzen.Das Gerät ist absolut leise (ich wohne in einem Mietshaus). Ich habe meine Nachbarn gefragt, sie hören nichts. Mein Dackel hat sogar Angst vor dem Staubsauger, aber ich benutze sie neben seinem Körbchen. Das Kabel ist ein wenig kurz und ich habe keine andere Möglichkeit.Fazit: ich bin total begeistert, muss nicht in ein Sportstudio und meine Hosen und Kleider sind deutlich weiter geworden.Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben. Wie ihr seht, steht die Platte vor dem Fernseher 😜. Also die Zeit vergeht....

Buena opción para probar una plataforma vibratoria sin gastar demasiado
Tenía curiosidad por probar una plataforma vibratoria y esta es la primera que utilizo. Sé que probablemente los modelos más caros serán mejores, pero esta, por unos 100 €, me ha permitido probar este tipo de aparato sin gastar demasiado.La llevo usando unos 15 días. Al principio me produjo un poco de náusea, pero con el paso de los días esa sensación desapareció completamente. Por eso recomiendo empezar poco a poco y aumentar el tiempo gradualmente.De momento la sensación que noto es de mayor ligereza en el cuerpo y de relajación muscular, como si los músculos se soltaran después de usarla. Más adelante veré qué otros beneficios me aporta, pero por ahora la experiencia ha sido positiva y me alegra haberla probado. Viene con enchufe europeo, así que se puede usar directamente sin adaptadores.

I wasn’t too sure about the claims made for this product but thought it was worth a go. We’ll let me tell you it is amazing. In no time at all I am more supple than I have ever bean and feel and looked totally toned. Excellent quality and very quiet whilst in use. As everyone else has said …. Could do with some decent instructions but a quick google resolves that issues. Worth the money. Go on treat yourself - your nose will thank you for it. Why did you choose this product over others?:Quality, functionality, feedback and reviews and cost. Noise level:Very quiet. Surprised thought it would be nosier.
