    Ich habe das Messer hier für rund 43 Euro gekauft. Ursprünglich sollte es über 70 Euro kosten, was meines Erachtens nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Für den Preis kann man dann bereits Messer mit beidseitigem Wellenschliff und mit einem besseren Heft erwarten.Ich habe in letzter Zeit wieder das Brotbacken mit dem Backautomaten entdeckt. Mein bisheriges Billig-Brotmesser kam mit den teilweise sehr frischen Broten kaum noch zurecht. Auch sah der Kunststoffgriff (das Heft) arg abgenutzt und unschön aus. Bei Messern lege ich auf Qualität wert, wollte für ein Brotmesser jetzt aber auch nicht 80 Euro oder mehr ausgeben, und so entschied ich mich für dieses Messer von Zwilling.Optisch wirkt das Messer sehr hochwertig. Es hat allerdings kein besonders hohes Gewicht und ist auch nicht sehr gut ausbalanciert. Das Hauptgewicht liegt auf der Klinge, was mich bei einem Brotmesser aber auch nicht so stört. Für meine Zwecke ist es ideal, nämlich mit wenig Druck ein frisches Brot zu schneiden. Das Messer erlaubt schön gerade Schnitte. Die Schnittflächen des Brotes sind sehr glatt. Auch durch altbackenes Vollkornbrot kommt es mit etwas mehr ausgeübtem Druck wunderbar durch.Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

    Tolles Messer der Schnitt läuft da hin wo ich es will.Sehr scharf.Ich habe schon etliche Brote damit geschnitten und bin zufrieden wie am ersten Tag.Ich hoffe das es lange so geht.
