Hervorragendes Messer
Hervorragendes Messer. Schneidet scharf und liegt leicht in der Hand! Auch die Klingenlänge ist fürs Brötchenschneiden genau richtig. Ich hatte dieses und ein anderes Brötchenmesser bestellt. Nach dem ersten Einsatz habe ich das andere zurück geschickt und dieses ein zweites Mal gekauft.
Hält was es verspricht
Ich habe dieses Brötchenmesser zum zweiten mal. Das erste ging leider irgendwann verloren. Beide waren sehr gut, schnitten die Brötchen nach Monaten wie am Anfang, nichts brach bisher ab. Mir gefällt die spitze Form gut und für meine Männerhände fand ich es auch nicht zu klein. Ich liebe es einfach. Es ist auch sehr gut spülmaschinengeeignet, setzt auch hier keinerlei Rost an. Und ja, die Klinge ist dünn und etwas weich (was eher ein Anzeichen von guter Stahlqualität ist, was vielleicht viele hier nicht wissen).Ich kann es für den Preis von ca 10 Euro nur empfehlen. Was die Leute hier machen, damit die Klinge abbricht ist mir noch ein Rätsel. Aber bestimmt nicht nur frische Brötchen aufschneiden. Von mir die volle Punktzahl. Fazit: es ist besser als sein Ruf hier.

Das Messer ist scharf und tut was es soll
Tolles Messer, aber
Ein tolles Brötchenmesser. Liegt gut in der Hand und schneidet super Brötchen. Aber der Griff ist leider aus zwei Kunststoff Teilen zusammen geklebt. Leider wurde def griff nicht schön im finish verarbeitet so das man die Kunststoff schweisnaht spürt und teilweise unangenehm auffällt in der Handhabung.
