Ein sehr hochwertiger Messerblock mit scharfen und gut verarbeiteten Messern. Die Messer liegen angenehm in der Hand und schneiden sauber. Der Block sieht in der Küche ordentlich und hochwertig aus. Für den Alltag beim Kochen ein sehr gutes Set.
Excellent quality knives, they really do stay sharp
Got those to replace a Ninja set that was bought less then a year.Unlike the Ninja counterparts, these knived did not go blunt at all. There is not fancy sharping mechanism, but there is an efficient one. They still cut as good as the first time when I used them.Would have been awesome for the support to have better stability, but it is good as it is. And I got these for the knives, not the support.I have other Zwilling knives but those are the best so far and the system really works.

Super schöner Messerblock mit sehr scharfen Messer. Hab mich schon ein paar Mal geschnitten weil ich so scharfe Messer gar nicht gewohnt war. Ist auch ein sehr schönes Design das super in meine Küche passt.

I’ve had this 7-piece Zwilling set for about 5 months now, and so far, I am very happy with the investment.Pros:Self-Sharpening Block: One of the main reasons I chose this set was the self-sharpening feature. While it's only been 5 months, the convenience of having the knives honed every time I pull them out is great. It gives me peace of mind that they will stay sharp for much longer.Build Quality: You can feel the German engineering here. The knives have a solid weight, the balance is excellent, and the materials feel high-end and durable.Great Variety: The set covers all the essentials for a home kitchen.Observations:Blade Thickness: I noticed that the long, thin knife (the carving/utility knife, not the one in the photo, the one in the photo is great) feels a bit thinner than I expected. While it might be designed that way for precision and flexibility during slicing, it took a little getting used to compared to the more robust chef’s knife.Final Thoughts:Overall, this is a premium set that looks beautiful on the counter and performs even better. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a "buy it for life" kitchen tool.

Amazing pieces
I am a long-time user of Zwilling products, such as knives, nippers, metal soap, etc. However, the Knife Block impressed me greatly. The finish, quality of materials and functionality were to be expected from this brand, but the overall picture is outstanding. The knife set looks impeccable, and my wife doesn't use any other knives. A special note for the Bread Knife and the Chef Knife, which are amazing. I, for example, am a fan of harder, dry bread, which with this knife can be cut to the desired thickness and without effort. I highly recommend.
