Very good knives.
Great knives, hold an edge well, usual high quality from Zwilling. I have a lot of knives from Zwilling and have never been disapointed. I bought these as a present for my daughter and she likes them as well. I bought a sharpening steel to go with them so that the edge can be regularly maintained. With proper care these knives will last a lifetime. Highly recommended. Better than my cooking skills!

Die Messer waren ein Geschenk. Sind super angekommen und es wird heute noch davon berichtet wie toll sie sind. :)
Gourmet Messer Zwilling
Die beiden Zwilling Gourmet Messer habe ich jetzt ein paar Wochen und ich bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden damit! Sie liegen gut in der (Frauen)Hand, sind nicht zu leicht und nicht zu schwer. Sind für meine Begriffe sehr scharf, was ein Vorteil ist - und ich wollte es auch so! Vorsicht beim Hantieren, vor allem beim großen Messer, ist angebracht. ;-)Je schärfer das Messer, desto weniger Kraftaufwand ist nötig, heißt es! Ich empfehle es weiter! 👍

Great knife set
Like the lightness of the knife and the sharpness of the blade. Great turnaround time for shipping. Cannot fault product or service so far.
Nicely packed, sharp and good price.
I cannot comment on durability or sharpness retention as only time and use will tell. As of now the knife is shaver base sharp, I tested against a piece of paper and no issues there. As I am quite use to sharpen my knives I would say they are well sharpen from the factory.The knives come really well protected, and the set comes with a practical knife bag in which you can store up to seven knives, very practical indeed.I have never bought this make but I would recommend it without any concerns.

Purchased to replace some Joseph Joseph knives. So far so good. Really sharp and pass the tomato slicing test! Hope they last and stay sharp.
