Sehr gutes scharfes Brotmesser !
Alles sehr gut. Gute SCHNEIDE Führung. Empfehlenswert.
Super scharf, dafür auch etwas fragil.
Verarbeitungsqualität des Messers ist sehr gut. Der Griff hat keine Kanten oder Spalten in denen sich Dreck fangen könnte.Die Klingt ist leider sehr anfällig für Kalk. Kurz mal nass liegen lassen hat man schon deutlich sichtbare Flecken.Der Schliff ist perfekt für das schneiden von Brot auch mit harter Kruste. Es ist einen Wellenschliff, sprich ohne Zacken wie es bei billigen Messern gerne der Fall ist.Einzige Manko ist, dass die Klinge an den Enden des Schliffs sehr sehr dünn ist. Das ist prima für die Schärfe aber man sollte aufpassen, dass man nicht mit der Klinge irgendwo drauf schlägt. Sonnst hat man schnell stumpfe stellen. Ich würde hier also ein Messerständer empfehlen bei dem die Klinge selber kontaktlos gelagert werden kann.
Hochwertiges Brotmesser
Das Brotmesser ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und liegt angenehm in der Hand. Es ist sehr scharf und schneidet mühelos harte Brotkrusten und Brötchen. Die 23 cm lange Klinge ist um 2 bis 3 cm länger als herkömmliche Brotmesser und erleichtert das Schneiden von breiteren Produkten.Es ist eine Investition für mehrere Jahre, so dass sich der relativ hohe Preis rechnet.Ich kann eine klare Kaufempfehlung abgeben.

Schnelle Lieferung,sehr gut verpackt.Das Brotmesser ist super scharf, liegt gut in der Hand, hatte noch nie ein besseres,tolle Qualität,würde ich sofort wieder kaufen.
Ein Messer das noch in der Küche gefehlt hat.
Das Messer ist super scharf, Brot, Brötchen, Tomaten usw. lassen sich kinderleicht damit schneiden.Es ist nicht zu leicht und liegt somit sehr gut in der Hand. Es ist auf alle Fälle sehr empfehlenswert.

La qualità Victorinox di questo coltello non si discute ma la confezione è deludente, soprattutto se vuoi fare un regalo, e non all'altezza della qualità del prodotto e sembra la confezione di un coltello qualunque ed inoltre è privo di una custodia protettiva così sei costretto a tenerlo dentro la scatola, che è esageratamente grande, che occupa molto spazio nel cassetto: ho dato cinque stelle solo per la qualità del prodotto altrimenti....
Brilliant knife - razor sharp - glides through bread.
This is a superb knife bought to complement my interest in breadmaking and to improve upon an older supermarket knife I had been using. It has a lovely balance a very comfortable handle and is a joy to use. My other knives with one exception are Whüsthof which are also superb so it was a choice between the two and given the proven quality of Victorinox (I have been using their smallest serrated knife for tomatoes etc. for 15 years) and given the pleasing ergonomic styling, I went for a change and chose this one. Never having used a Whüsthof breadknife I cannot compare the two although it would be hard to imagine another knife being an improvement on this. My guess is they would perform similarly well and it's down to personal choice particularly if you like the version of this with the rosewood handle.

Ottima qualità, tagliare qualsiasi tipo di pane con questa lama è una goduria. La confezione è molto curata cosa che lo rende adatto anche come regalo. Il prezzo se proprio vogliamo dirlo non è dei più convenienti ma almeno per i prossimi 20 anni non vi serviranno altri coltelli per tagliare il pane...
