Top Brotmesser für Küche und Camping
Das Messer ist wirklich top! Sehr scharf (was ich bei Victorinox aber auch erwartet habe) und versehen mit einem angerauten Kunsstoffgriff, der erstaunlich gut in der Hand liegt. Habe mir das Messer fürs Camping bestellt und jetzt gleich noch andere Küchenutensilien aus der gleichen Serie nachbestellt. Lieferung war einwandfrei, also volle fünf Punkte!

I think I'm going to spend way too much money on other types of knives now.
Let me first say I'm not a chef by any stretch of the imagination. I owned a regular old $100 knife block that I bought at Wal-Mart years ago. Long story-short, I started eating a lot of yams and noticed they were super hard to cut with my crappy chef's knife. I figured maybe a better knife would help, so I splurged and bought a good Santoku knife. The difference was night and day. Like slicing through a cucumber instead of a diamond.I started buying bakery bread not long ago and my knife was actually not terrible. I just started wondering if a 'good' bread knife would be any better. Would the difference be as drastic as my chef's knife experience? Surely that's not possbile... it's just bread. Anyways, the curiosity got the best of me and I bought this knife... and... OMG. How is it possible to cut this easily?! It's like cutting air. The softest of breads doesn't even squish a little bit. I didn't know what I was missing. Bagels slice straight and without crumbling at all. It's kind of ridiculous, but this knife is worth every penny and more.
