Inzwischen bin ich Fan von der Wüsthof Classic Serie.Ich gehe davon aus, dass mich das Messer bis an mein Lebensende begleiten wird. Ich habe bereits andere Messer aus der Serie vererbt bekommen, welche schon mehrere Jahrzehnte im Einsatz waren.Das Produkt befindet sich im hohem Preissegment, was durch die Qualität und lange Lebensdauer durchaus gerechtfertigt ist.

Such a wonderful knife for cutting fruit for juicing
I saw this knife come up and I wondered what on earth it was for - and reading the description. I saw that it was for cutting soft things like fruit and sandwiches.I can confirm it does this beautifully. I really mean beautifully.I just juiced so much fruit and this little thing made it a breeze.I cannot recommend recommended enough for cutting oranges.I have no idea how I will sharpen it when it gets dull, but I’ll figure that out when it gets there. For now… this thing is magnificent. I truly mean magnificent.I have no idea why I was cutting oranges with smooth blades before. My other knives are the wusthof ikon. This thing is the best choice for my oranges, apples, lemons, etc.
