Die sind wirklich jeden Cent wert - egal ob man die ohne oder die mit Zacken nimmt - man brauch fast kein anderes Messer mehr! Sind sehr scharf und meine Lieblingsmesser!
Wie erwartet, zuverlässig.
Wir setzen bereits seit vielen, vielen Jahren auf Victorinox Produkte, in sämtlichen Bereichen.Und auch hier wurden wir wieder nicht enttäuscht. Die Messer kommen bereits sehr scharf zu euch nach Hause geliefert, also hier ist kein Nachschleifen nötig. Das sollte natürlich bei neuen Messern selbstverständlich sein - ist es aber in vielen Fällen leider nicht.Grundsätzlich gehören solche Messer NICHT in eine Spülmaschine, aber seien wir doch mal ehrlich. Oft hat man im hektischen Alltag nicht die Zeit und Lust diese per Hand zu reinigen. Und so ist es auch bei uns. Trotz diverser Spülmaschinengänge bleiben die Küchenmesser scharf. Aber bitte nur auf Holz schneiden, nicht auf Plastikbrettchen! In Anbetracht des Preises, kann man hier nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Die Messer sind gut, schneiden super durch festes Obst ( harte Birnen) und Gemüse ( Blumenkohlstrunk)Da hatte ich bisher mit meinen kleinen Messern Schwierigkeiten.Aber man muss keine Angst haben, alle Finger zu verlieren :-))Wenn man schon mal mit Küchenmesser umgegangen ist, sind Schnittverletzungen unwahrscheinlich.Reinige diese jetzt per Hand und hoffe, dass die Messer lange scharf bleiben.Das wird die Zeit zeigen.
Die besten Gemüse- und Obstmesser
Liegen gut in der Hand und schieden wirklich scharf und präzise. Behalten Ihre Schärfe bei uns ca 2 Jahre. Danach aber immer noch schärfer als andere Messer. Klare Empfehlung.
