Wenn Schälen und Schneiden plötzlich mühelos wird – bei Obst und Gemüse
Dieses Set gehört bei uns inzwischen zu den Küchenhelfern, die man automatisch immer wieder in die Hand nimmt.Sowohl die Messer als auch der Sparschäler liegen sehr angenehm und sicher in der Hand. Gerade beim Schälen merkt man schnell, wie gut sich alles führen lässt. Nichts wirkt unhandlich oder rutschig, sodass auch größere Mengen Gemüse problemlos und ohne Anstrengung vorbereitet werden können.Typisch Victorinox ist vor allem die Schärfe. Egal ob Kartoffeln, Karotten, Sellerie oder Kohlrabi – der Sparschäler gleitet nahezu mühelos über das Gemüse. Man hat wirklich das Gefühl, dass die Arbeit fast von selbst erledigt wird, ohne Druck oder Kraftaufwand.Auch die Messer schneiden sauber, präzise und zuverlässig. Genau das, was man im Alltag in der Küche braucht: kein Schnickschnack, sondern funktionierende Werkzeuge.Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, wie mühelos das Messer auch empfindlicheres Schnittgut verarbeitet. Selbst weiche Tomaten lassen sich sauber schneiden, ohne dass sie zerdrückt werden oder auslaufen. Auch bei Obst wie Weintrauben merkt man den Unterschied deutlich – statt zu quetschen oder zu reißen, entsteht ein sauberer Schnitt. Gerade bei Obst und Gemüse, das sonst schnell matschig wird, macht sich die Schärfe wirklich bemerkbar.Nach einiger Nutzung versteht man schnell, warum diese Marke bei vielen so beliebt ist. Es sind keine optischen Designstücke für die Schublade, sondern echte Arbeitsgeräte, die im Alltag konstant überzeugen.Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfinde ich als sehr gelungen. Man bekommt hier langlebige, hochwertige Küchenhelfer, die im täglichen Einsatz absolut überzeugen und deutlich teurere Produkte nicht vermissen lassen.Positiv überrascht hat mich außerdem, dass die Schärfe auch nach zahlreichen Durchgängen in der Spülmaschine bisher nicht merklich nachgelassen hat. Natürlich ist Handspülen grundsätzlich schonender für die Klinge, im normalen Familienalltag landet bei uns aber vieles in der Spülmaschine – ohne bisher erkennbare Nachteile.Ein Hinweis sollte allerdings nicht fehlen: Messer und Sparschäler sind wirklich extrem scharf. Das ist einerseits ihre größte Stärke und sorgt für das mühelose Arbeiten, andererseits gehören beide unbedingt außer Reichweite von Kindern. Wer regelmäßig Gemüse verarbeitet und Wert auf sehr scharfe, angenehm zu führende Küchenhelfer legt, bekommt hier aus meiner Sicht ein rundum stimmiges Set mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Ich liebe die Messer von Victorinox. Deshalb habe ich mich für das Set mit Schäler entschieden und bin begeistert. Der Schüler ist absolut scharf und man kann Kartoffeln und Gemüse soooo leicht schälen. Das kleine Messer ist super für mich und ich benutze es gerne. Preis Leistung einfach top!!
