    Produkt macht einen soliden Eindruck. Das Messer ist so scharf wie erwartet. Vier Sterne nur deswegen, weil keine Langzeiterfahrung vorliegt. Ich nutze es fast täglich. Nutzunshinweise: ich schneide vorwiegen Obst, Gemüse und gelegentlich Fleisch. Bisher keine "Ermüdungserscheinungen".Geschnitten wird auf einem Schneidbrett aus Plaste oder Holz. Gereinigt wird es ausschliesslich per Handwäsche.

    Mit dem geformten Griff liegt das Messer sehr gut in meiner großen Hand, das Gewicht ist sehr angenehm. Die Schärfe der Klinge ist ausgezeichnet. Würde mir dieses oder andere Modelle der Serie immer wieder kaufen.
