    Qualité de lame extra, il est léger et très maniable. Je l'ai commandé quelques temps après avoir utiliser son grand frère, un couteau chef avec lequel je fais quasiment tout mais qui était un peu encombrant pour les petites manip.Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés pour son efficacité sans même vous parler du look qui est aussi un gros plus.

    This is the 3rd level (in terms of price and hardness) of the Miyabi range.Advantage:CheaperEasier to sharpenVery stain resistantLooks superDisadvantage:Edge retention whilst excellent, you can't compare to the MC 63 and 66 but better than the VG10 etc
